Jan was a great host making it easy and possible for us to arrive late. She made us breakfast and advised us on things to do / places to go in the area. By accident I left one of my favorite sweaters at a local shop where I was trying on clothes. Jan went to the shop, found my sweater and mailed it back to me at my home. I really appreciate her going the extra mile.

This is a perfect example of a locally owned and operated B&B in a small, quaint town. Guests are rewarded with an owner who makes you feel at home. The inn is clean and well maintained. It is a railfan delight. Railroad décor covers the walls and shelves in the living room. It has off-street parking.

Jan was a great host and made wonderful waffles in the morning! There was an unexpected power outage during my visit due to a faraway wild fire, but Jan made sure everyone had lanterns, flashlights, and all the necessary safety equipment. I look forward to my return visit.

Jan was very accommodating. Breakfast was great. The house reminded me of my grandmother's house.
It felt like home. I loved the history about the house and the town. The trains were very cool.
I can wait until my next visit.

Small rooms, but with all the modern attributes. Lots of written instructions for how to use everything. There are six guest rooms. If the other guests are quiet, you'll have a quiet stay. It's an old structure, so if you have loud talkers or folks who crank up their TV, it will be noisy. The atmosphere is casual and historical. Cluttered, but comfortable. No air conditioning, but multiple fans. Breakfast is 'Continental'. She offered us waffles which is the one cooked option. They were excellent.

Jan is the Innkeeper/Owner of the BnB. I stayed in the room with the queen and king bed upstairs. Comfortable and OK. The hot water in the shower and sink was right there and hot! Typically these types of places have inadequate water and the hot water is typically not there - well, this place has the hot water! Jan makes you breakfast in the AM. Waffles are her forte and it is nice to sit and chat with her. Go to the Western Pacific Railroad Museum down the street and you can literally Rent a Locomotive to drive on the train tracks. Worth the stay!

We spent another night with Jan who owns the inn and of course we were most happy once again. Jan who is on the in for 30 years works the place every day. She takes care of the old building and has her hands in every aspect of the operation. She will even make you a waffle in the morning. In addition to that she is always polite and talks at length with all of her guest. The rooms are adequately stocked and it's a fun little town. Go there and enjoy!

We had a great night stay at the Pullman house. We love the area for the serenity and golf courses nearby. The owner Jan was welcoming, and the whole experience of checking in and out was easy. The rooms have all the accomodations you need and some. The Inn is located right in the middle of our two favorite courses (10 minute drive to Grizzly Ranch and a little less to Nakoma), and I'm guessing only 20 minutes away from the courses in Graeeagle. It's right across the street from a pizza restaurant, market, and if you're there on Thurs,Friday, or Saturday a really groovy thrift shop. We took our pizza across the street and watched a train pull in for the night. We also visited the Clio Trestle and took in a great view of the pines. A great golf trip made more special, and affordable because of the Pullman House Inn. We hope to come visit again soon.

The location of this b&b is close to the Western Pacific RR museum and the atmosphere and decor fit very well with the old railroad theme. Our room was small but cozy. The breakfast was modest and our hostess was friendly and helpful. The b&b is in an older home that had been a boarding house at one time. It has six or seven rooms including one on the first floor. Our room had an en suite bath as (we believe) do all the rooms. The cost was very reasonable.
