This is a great place to store stuff: clean, secure, gated access, alarmed and monitored. We’ve been tenants since Oct, 2020.

Debbie, the on-site manager is very friendly and helpful. The rent is a bargain considering its location. If you live in the SF Bay Area, it’s worth the drive to save serious cash for a lot of space and great customer service. Rent can be paid online through their website.

My wife and I started living full time in our RV since the COVID pandemic, and we needed a place for the stuff we can’t fit in the rig. We found this place right down the road from when our RV was parked at the Salinas KOA. Even though we’re now staying in our RV just outside Rio Vista, it’s worth it to us to keep our unit here.

The facility is well laid out and in immaculate condition. The service is friendly and home town feel.
They embrace you as a customer by supporting your business on their wall by artistically displaying your cards. Coffee is brewing at the front door and delightful little chocolates are encouraged while signing papers and saying hello to the kind and knowledgeable staff. I have used their services several times and happily recommend them to anyone who wants a storage experience that is courteous and above par in every category. Oh did I mention personable? This is why I keep coming back.

RE: MAILING ADDRESS WAY BETTER THAN A PO BOX... CHEAP TOO!!

Awesome lady (Debbie) in office made us feel so comfortable an goes out of her way to accommodate her customers. Talks to you like you've known each other forever. Mostly the prices on rental mailboxes were so affordable it blew me away. I made several inquiries on other places and they wanted almost ridiculous amounts for a simple mailbox rental and I started to panic cause I've been without a 'real' actual mailing address now for almost 2yrs and can't imagine all the mail I've missed. !!!!Thanks again Debbie you have no idea how much your help and kindness we appreciated in our recent hard times

Their mailbox services, ($20mnth) saved our lives. Not able to trust our resident address in an RV park to receive mail and PO Boxes so expensive. This small mailbox works well with important correspondence such as Calfresh, welfare, EDD, etc rather than PO Boxes which they don't accept. Always get mail on time only set back having to pick it up from San Juan Bautista to Prunedale but worth it by far. Debbie your awesome 👍.

Friendly staff, reasonable rates, clean property and they really watch who's coming and going, and even let me know the very next day when I locked my unit with the latch just barely out, so it wasn't actually locked.
