Having happened over Christmas, I’m sure it made it difficult for the workers to finish quickly. My damage was very, very minor. Not sure why, or for that matter how, downstairs person had so much damage I’m also not sure why the extra safety hole in my sink wasn’t working properly, to catch the very short time overflow.There must have been other contributing factors to incur such large damage downstairs. A few months later there was another leak. Not sure if source was ever found. Very confusing and questionable.

Just outside is enough to turn anyone away…no pride at all. Cleanliness at any entrance is a joke, secure gates and doors are no longer. Parking! Guest parking is like finding Waldo.
And lastly signs up asking you to mask up if unvaccinated, yeah..but employees think they are exempt from this?!

Horrible. Not a nice place to live. Old women that drink too much wine and have nothing better to do than complain about anything and everything. Too many dogs, it always smells badly just outside the doors. There are parking problems. Watching a movie or listening to music at a normal level will get the management calling you at work and harassing you. There is no air conditioning in the apartments and it gets super hot in here. Which is very poor planning by the builder. Small rooms with absolutely no storage space. The hot water system is often broken and I have taken many cold showers. My lease is up in 2 months and I can’t wait to get out of here. It’s been nothing but problems and harassment. I definitely recommend that you look elsewhere and find a better place to live.

The initial request for pest inspection on critical basis was handled beyond imaging. The office was able to get ahold of the technician who was at Monticito (lucky me) and he volunteered to come over right after he finished & did a complete inspection no bed bugs (thank heavens) but since we live in Southern California where bugs outnumber us, we are not done. I’m still getting bit and scratching these microscopic bugs 🕷. We have scheduled a spraying for next Friday. Hope it works and then I will recommend you some more. Thank you.
