From the moment I came to check the center. Geraldine at the front desk was happy to show me around and gave me the basics of their care. My 91year old mother was admitted on November 11, 2024. The entire staff could not be any more sincere or genuinely care about her needs or wants including her food likes or dislikes. She had a team beyond exceptional. Sarah, Jordan, Akashi and Stephanie have different work styles which complement each other very well. My mothers experience and mine visiting daily was above and beyond our expectations. We would recommend Pleasant Hill Post Acute to anyone needing their care.

Julia was so responsive to my needs. All the people from therapy were terrific. Olivia was also so efficient. I want thank all of the nurses and assistants for treating Georgeann so well!

They won’t take my mom because she only has 9 days coverage from Medicare vs 14 . No return calls regarding out of pocket pay . Guess they think they need 14 days pay to take someone. Even Medicare said they Should take her since has 9 day’s coverage.

I recently spent a week in this facility. I had a neck fracture due to a fall, so from the hospital was transferred to this facility. Honestly I was not happy, but after the first night I realized how, professional, friendly, passionate and caring everyone is in this facility. Words are not enough to describe. If I could I would give 10 stars.
Special thank to Geraldine, Sara, Jordan, Stephanie, Victoria, Maryanne, Kevin, Julie, Olivia, Ann and all the staff. I’m sorry if I left out somebody, but after I fell and hit my head, I forget some names A big thanks to the whole fantastic staff. I highly recommend Pleasant Hill Post Acute.

Since I've been here the staff has been so good and nice, I've been enjoying the Bingo, cooking and the activities that are scheduled. Maria, Rachel and Miriam the CNAs has been treating me the best, they are my favorites. The nurses (Vicki and Leslie) are always there giving my medication on time. Not many issues but minor, not enough to complain. I highly recommend!

This was my second visit this facility, two years ago I suffered with severe wounds and the inability to be independent. The wound care specialist is excellent at what he does. The physical therapist helped me to build my strength and abilities to function independently. Because I had a reoccurrence of my problem, they were gracious enough to allow me to return for a second visit with the same success. Though I can’t list all of the CNA’s and RN’s by name I would like to highlight two of them Olivia and Rica for their constant professionalism. I highly recommend this facility.

My Mom is staying here and everyone has been so good to her. They keep me posted and facilities are clean , food is decent and the activities are def appreciated. Most of her friends have left and she gets lonely but everyone tries to keep her busy and motivated. They are very welcoming. I work in the acute medical field, you can tell they like their job, It makes a huge difference in quality of care when you have an appreciated staff. Thank you for all you do.
