Disappointing.

Rats, yes you read correctly, RATS, crawled over our heads while we slept on the very first night of our stay.
Do not leave the back swinging door open (rats are nesting in the planters just outside the door and will have no qualms going in and out of the house if the door is left open).
We had to leave the house pretty much closed up after that, which was yet another problem as it smells of old cigarette smoke.

The hot tub was so foamy when we turned it on that we decided to not use it.
Paint is chipping, and walls/ceiling are dirty. Most of the windows are not functional and the ones that are do not have screens.

Great set for a photo shoot backdrop, but none of the indoor furniture was actually comfortable to sit on for an extended amount of time. Kitchen not very well stocked with basic items (we had to buy salt as the one they offer was in a salt grinder that didn't work).

However, all of us found our respective beds clean and comfortable, the king bed might be too firm for some, but perfect for us. (only reason I am giving it a 2 stars instead of 1).

For the cost I would not recommend, there are so many other rentals in the area which are maybe much less "instaperfect" but much more comfortable and appropriate for a stay.
