Been here for about 3 years now. Took a chance on a job in a different state.... Look for a place was let's say difficult.

However, Chevy made it easy. I love it here. I have a studio appointment and it's a great size for me .. I have an appointment size refrigerator, bathroom, closet, sink outside the bathroom and big space[ for me it's big, what I came from]. In this place I have a full size bed, a computer table, two shelves, one grant table for crafts or food prep, a computer chair, two Ottomans, and one shoe rack. I still have room to have a dance party. I even love the fact I do not have a dedicated kitchen area and I can change it from a kicken to just a counter top. If any issues come up management is on top of it. And, will double check to make sure it's all good.

Happy to call this place my home.

This place has nothing but been amazing. I needed a place to stay and I was staying in an air BNB for a week. I looked around and every other place was way over priced.

Yes, you may not have a kitchen but you make it work. I have an apartment size refrigerator, I have one sick outside the bathroom, I have a bathroom, a closet and a place to have a home.

It's a good place where management is always around and if something isn't working they fix it.

The price might go up yearly but what doesn't. It's the best place I can say I have lived.

So back to the air BNB.... I was called within three days of being in the air BNB saying that my place is ready. I checked out of the air BNB early. And, I was beyond grateful for this place because I thought I was going to be homeless.

Ive lived here for 3 years, and happy to call it home. It is comfortable and quiet. The owner is there daily, and keeps the property clean. My fridge went out, and it was replaced with a brand new one within 24 hrs. You cant have my unit, cause im not going anywhere, but I do recomnend this place with 5 stars.

Clean and quiet but stop with the monthly rent hikes after all its not apartments rented its a motel room still. No ovens, bathroom sinks for washing dishes sucks. Not worth six hundred a month

Knowing that the landlord let's a person who assaulted my friend that lives their not once but twice. he's been charged took three months to arrest him.
