If you got something bad to say about my mom managing this place and it’s negative, come see me!!! Y’all just mad she not letting y’all slide with being late on rent and doing drugs!!! My mom is cleaning that place out and you mad!!! I’m sure you’re getting evicted anyways!!! You such a punk you can’t put your real name but mine is right there!!! Place is nice to live in outside of the bad kids and ungrateful residents!! Not all but about half!!!

Look if you plan on moving here you should probably look at all the other options first the area of which the complex is located is not a very good one take for example some poor guy that was shot to death just one street over. I know what you might be thinking but that's outside of the complex and it's a street away and to that I say If that doesn't do it for you how about this one. In late February just outside the complex some guy was stabbed I'm not sure of what lead up to that but he was calling out of the security guard but they ain't here all the time and the times they are here they usally only sweep the place once or twice then they leave after that, I was told he was alright but he had to drive himself to the hospital because no one was there to help him not the security guard not the manager whom at the time lived in the complex; she moved out last friday Following rumors that she was leaving which lots of us are grateful for I apologize if that seems rude but lot's of good people were kicked out because of her. But back to the main point, Please Check Your Other Options Before Deciding Moving Here.

These apartments are a great place to live I noticed alot of people have alot of negative things to say about the management but I actually think the manager is way better then the last you can't get mad at someone for doing there job and that's just what the manager dose it's the people that make it hard not manager if you do what you have to do and respect the apartment building then you should have no problems it's that simple please people don't make life harder than what it should be
