Really nice place to live, Clean and safe, convenient to Downtown Los Angeles and the beaches. Management is very responisve and really do a great job of supporting the clientele that live here. Highly recommend!

Truth seems ironic. These are dishonest untrustworthy and scandalous people in charge. Wirefraud fraudulent titles. Leases can't be held too. Cause if you never own it. It makes lease of property that home is in null void. No escrow in the planet takes 7 months. Buyers don't buy. There will be no good. Out come. It's not just management it's a plethora of person who live there also. You understand when you move to this trash run down place. They will act as if you owe them for screwing you. If for some reason you want to test what I am saying. Document everything. Have thort woman type your answers back.

I own here and this place is way out of line. They are suppose to be a senior park. That's wrong. There are so many kids that live here!! They are not suppose to rent mobiles, but they do! !And every chance they get, they steal these people's homes! !! No improvements are ever done, no onsite managers or maintenance. This place breaks every law they can. The people need to band together and do something

This park is a train wreck. The streets are all chewed up they've been promising to fix them for many years they put a coat of paint on them. The lighting is way inadequate. Management does not care about their residence all all they're interested is in the dollar. I sold my house over a year ago and never received the paperwork. Don't loan with the managers any money or you will not see it back.

Yeah it sucks. Everthing about it. Management is F#:_*? Joke. They will yell you and if your rite. Showing them the law states. Then They threaten you. Yes threats. That they will follow through with. Even at cost of lives. Very sick. Very truthful. These people need prison or worse.

This paramount mobile home park managerment mistreats its residents they should be investigated for financial abuse of its senior citizens.park owners representative continues to manipulate the courts with false statements causing residents to loose there homes..to the park.huge corporation owns PMHP. Cant get accounting correct .and management is not allowed to collect rent anymore..the residents cant fight them dont want to loose their home to managrment manipulation greed becareful
