I'm in love with this place. It's quiet and people people here are friendly and nice. Especially the manager Apryl Casey ,she is a sweet heart and oh so awesome to talk to. One of the best of the in Paradise estates.

I've worked with the Paradise Estates community management company and the community leader, Apryl, is very professional and cares about the residents. She ensures the community is clean and is taking initiative to plant lots of trees and make the landscaping really nice. Its a beautiful, quiet manufactured home community!

The moment I first met April I knew she truly cared for the residents in the park she manages. She is attentive and very responsive. She goes above and beyond to answer any questions I may have and to approve buyers in a timely manner, which I greatly appreciate! The park is clean, well maintained and the neighbors are so lovely! April cares about the residents in the community at this park! You couldn't ask for a better manager. These are all new mobile homes and they are all owner occupied, no rentals I love this.

This park is in a beautiful part of Paradise with a good view. I came in one afternoon to take a look around, the park manager, April, was super sweet and helpful. She had the answer to all of my questions. I will definitely leave this on my list of places to move!
The park itself is open, clean and well taken care of. The homes are adorable. 5/5 stars!
