this place is OK for the most part the Patel family own it and the one across the street alone with I think nine 7-ELEVEN and eleven subway restaurants a very powerful local family living here in San Dimas.. anywho watch ⌚ you do around ppl you do not know

I was very surprised at the great quality my room was in. My only complaint was that the AC was not ran to keep a comfortable temperature upon arrival, but it didn't take long to get down again. (Understandable that the AC wasn't ran for energy costs)
My room was spacious, quiet, and very clean. Bathroom and shower were great. Location is also very convenient, and located in the historic Route 66 as well.

10/10 would recommend.

The lady running the place was friendly and helpful despite the fact that we had clearly just awakened her at around 2 a.m. The grounds were nicely landscaped and the fragrance of the large and abundant plumerias filled the air. It was a shame that the one window in our room didn't open. However, the room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It had everything that we expected and more, and really felt more like a hotel than a motel.

I really enjoyed my stay at this motel. Right when I got here I was helped by this sweet lady, I started asking her about prices and how big the rooms were and she was kind enough to show me the rooms without me even bringing it up.( not a lot of people do that) I seen the queen size room and I liked it. When my boyfriend walked in the room he was pretty surprise to see that it was very clean, spacious and it had both a mini fridge and microwave. I also liked that there was a built in hairdryer in the bathroom. Very convenient because I forgot mine(lol). They also have breakfast here nothing crazy just some coffee, juice, and a variety of Bread, Danish, Etc. Very quiet, I liked the mini pond out front.

The room was in the back and was spacious and clean. It was so quiet and the bed was king sized with all these nice puffy pillows. I had the best night sleep! The only reason I didn't give this motel 5 stars was because I could not connect to the Wifi. I was given 2 passwords and neither of them worked. When I logged in, the wheel on my Ipad just spun and spun and it never connected. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay!

Wow, the place is a blast from the past outside - but is super nice inside the rooms. Very very nice people running the place. Our biggest issue was the mattresses are extra firm. My sis and I went and bought an egg-crate pad for our bed, but our 86 year old Mom loved her extra firm be. We stayed in room 108 (by the way there are only 12 rooms) Our room was 2 queen beds. Very clean bathroom all updated. Didn't watch much TV but had a nice newer large flat screen with DirectV & HBO. WiFi is okay, owner gave us three passwords for all of our devices knowing to prevent slower internet. Needed three chairs, asked & she got us another chair. Needed bath tub non skid mat and she brought us a brand new still in package one. Owner was very accommodating. Only Kerig coffee maker with sweet rolls & juice for breakfast. NO coffee maker in room but had refrigerator & microwave. 6 nights $750 +/- 3 adults. Important Note: Rooms 105 - 108 have some steps leading up to the room doors. Not many but if you are unable to navigate steps ask for rooms that don't have these steps. Also only king bed rooms have handicap accessible showers and I don't know how many they have of these. Call the owner, she is very helpful and will answer all your questions! I will definitely return to this motel in the future.
