you can not really complain when all most every motel in the area is now owned by the city turned into homeless housing so thats why they at least got three stars and only because they are still a genuine motel other than that they could be more cleaner and more fixed up considering how much they are making since they are the only motel making any money everyday in the area?

Dive motel in a bad part of town where "ladies of the evening" frequent. Graffiti on inside of door, didn't smell great and people around there are shady. Staff was friendly but dude was drinking a beer he got from another guy in one of the rooms. If you stay here you kinda know what your getting into! Definitely not a family establishment.

Ahh yess the palace inn, LUV out totally clean sheets staff is excellent in service owner greets u as you check out the next morning with a smile and a cup of coffee. Don't forget to ask about the continental breakfast...

This hotel has hardly any of the admittedes that usually come with a hotel they charge $70 a room. Amenities are kinda bare minimum and their current phone number that's listed online is directed to a man that that isn't technically employed as a palace in employee yet does a better job than the front desk clerk there who does get paid. However bad this hotel appears it is a great place to go if your looking to be a little bad.

We've known Fresno for a long time and yes the Palace Parkway wasn't the place to be the year or two ago but after we stayed last week we noticed that they have really cleaned up the place. The owners are really on top of things as far as the traffic hookers and drugs our hats are off to them for cleaning up the place good job keep up the good work. There's some people that do see a change.

For the price not bad at all. Quiet place overall considering the *talk of the Town* about the area this motel is located. The staff, just like any other place of business, has it's good and bad. Last night obviously was the night off for the good employes. 😋

manager lost her mind using her key and barging in my room. she.thought I had a visitor. no. it was the person I'm sharing the room with who is also on the registration. should Sue this place. roaches everywhere...no microwave...no tv...manager in the morning yelling at people at 6am then the leaf blower at 7....wow.
