Yo aquí vivía hace mucho tiempo tenía 3 años de edad.

When we first moved in, here there was severe amounts of wind and small debris coming in from the front door, which leaves a big space and does not close correctly. Also, the front door would open sporadically if it didn’t click correctly leaving our kids to run out side on the second floor. We addressed this issue several times and they have not done anything about it. We were told they cannot fix the issue because the doors are very old and they do not have another one. Therefore, for the last four years when there is severe winds or when it is really cold, we wake up to our living room, freezing cold, which means we need to turn on the heater and waste energy. We are tired of our kids complaining that they are cold so we are moving soon. They also always have plumbing problems to where they turn off the hot water on several apartments almost every single month twice a month.We had way better results when Kelly was the manager much more on top of things ,we were able to communicate with her and she did not forget things that we told her, things got done Correctly or just in general. Joanna the new manager does not explain things in detail leaving you confused. Good luck to future tenants if you’re a risk taker.

My mom lives there and she’s been without HOT Water for days now. Not sure what the management or maintenance is waiting for a discount to come through to replace or hire a plumber but she been living and showering with cold water and with this November weather is not pleasant. The office texts for the handout of ice cream but not the hot water update. The handyman man is condescending and arrogant and I much rather not talk to him. I’ve tried talking to the office in the past of the handyman’s interaction but the conversation was dismissive. But this place has such potential for dog lovers. Better care for renters would be great after all our rent pays their salaries.

Horrible place to apply to !! They make you get all kinds of documents that takes a week to do just to tell you due to credit you don't qualify. They should run the credit first then ask for all the stupid documents!!

A fantastic apartment complex. If you want a clean, safe place with no unpleasant surprises, this is the place. Joanna and Queta, PM and Assistant PM, are professional and welcoming. They respond professionally and directly to all inquiries. Luis, the community maintenance professional, responds very quickly to all maintenace requests, and takes them seriously. He's also very friendly and a great person to talk to. The community here really has a family feel. The property management company owns several properties in the area, and offer a streamlined online service for rent payments and service requests.

We have lived here since 2017 and love it! Kelli the manager is so wonderful and sweet and very helpful, as well as the assistant manager Queta. Maintenance is great as well. Edgar Sanchez has recently helped me by replacing my dishwasher, came in on a early Sunday morning when my garbage disposal wasn’t working. He called the plumber when I had a washer back up. When I moved in I wanted to take the closet doors out and he was so kind and helped me move them to the back yard when my husband was at work. He always gets back to me super fast when he doesn’t answer the call and does amazing work and cleans up after himself. He is very polite and professional and I just want to thank him for all he’s done for me! 🙂

I've live here over 7 years. Our maintenance guy (Edgar) is the best, he gives excellent customer service to all the tenants. When asked for something, he goes out of his way to help. He has also painted and perked up the complex. He is always doing something to make the complex nice for the tenants as well as walk the property to make sure no one is Lottering. Thank you Edgar for all you do!

Pacific Pointe Apartment is a very nice quiet complex that is conveniently located right Beside I-5 interstates. It is clean, safe and well maintained community. It has a nice pool area and gym and spa. Specially wanted to mention about Kelli, the community manager, who is very nice personality and very helpful. I would certainly recommend this location as a great place to live.
