Ordered a cart from them over a month ago the wheels came with no screws and the cart came with no instruction. It took me over a month to get the screws for the wheels and even longer to get the poor instructions that gave no details!! The communication was poor they would tell me they would call back and I ended up having to call. Needless to say our cart is still not put together due to not enough screws for the wheels, and no one has reached back out after me sending another email. This is our first time ordering from this company and it will be our last!!!!!

From the standpoint of the reviews, this company is good. But one important suggestion is to have everything (i.e. paying for order, ordering, and etc.) needs to be online. Saving paper will make this world stay clean, and livable with good atmosphere, environment, and keeping the tress, so that we breath in carbon dioxide. GO GREEN!

I saw a negative review and I couldn't disagree more. We are first-time customers. We have had PRONTO service on the telphone. So i don't usually review or comment on a product...but i have to tell this story My wifey and i was in Hartford, Connecticut for the funeral of her brother and we stayed at the LaQuinta Inn there....in the restroom area on the counter was a bar of hand soap that my wife really like ...long story short once we were back at home i phone the LaQuinta inn and they were able to give me the vendor of the soap...was able to connect with them and a really nice gentleman by the name of Abbas Shah email me and was able to make my purchase possible...So thanks to Pacific Lodging for having such nice employees.
