It appears this RV park has changed owners after reading the reviews. I can tell it has. I do not The current management is wonderful and very accommodating. I do not write reviews very often but they deserve a better rating than what is showing. We had our reservations cancelled at Prairie Creek 1 week before Blues Bikes and BBQ because of the storm damage. We started to scramble looking for a place reasonably close to Rogers. We found Ozark Canopy. She had 2 spots that was perfect for us. They even moved up a upgrade to one spot to move us closer to one another me and my father. Very clean quiet and easy back in for our 40 ft Toy hauler and his 31 footer. Pricing was extremely reasonable for a weeks stay. Full hook ups water electric 50 amp Wifi and sewer. Nice shade trees and camper lots are fairly level mine was just a inch and a half of side to side. Dads was off by less than a half inch it was fresh leveled gravel. Only negative which really was not a big deal is the entrance for a 40 ft plus fifth wheel is tight coming in from one direction but is doable if you know how to drive, coming in from the other would be a breeze. Everything is close Walmart Kum and GO and most anything else you might need if you forget it. Tenants are friendly and watch your stuff. Everyone waves. I bet they do weekend and extended stays like ours for a week if a spot is open. But this would make a great place for a long term stay by the month or months. Everything is setup correct for a long term stay water boxes are heated and insulated . You can have your own electric box in your name for long term. They did not require us to turn on a meter for the week stay it was just like a normal campground. Wifi is wonderful. I would stay here again if needed. They have another site in Springdale and I bet it is as nice you can tell the "NEW" current owners care about the park and customer service.

2022-This is a small, 24 spot, RV park with mostly permanent residences. My experience has been nothing but good. I have spoken with Brittany on many occasions and she has worked hard to accommodate me and my RV. Thanx much and I'll see you in the spring. 2023- They have continued improving, cleaning and all around making this little spot more appealing. Keep up the good work all.

The property manager / owner offers a safe, clean, quiet environment that provides comfort you can not buy. Grounds are clean and there is no loitering. The community, visitors and common faces alike, are courteous. Grounds in close proximity many retailers as well....five stars guaranteed.

I am sad to see the 1 star review by Ann. The Farmington location is very nice. There is literally a gate that opens up to the park where dogs can be walked. The boat storage and additional parking do seem like good ideas, however the Farmington location just does not have the space to offer this. There is also a nice new storage facility right across the street that offers boat storage and storage for shed items. A brand new Laundry Mat opened up about 2 minutes away as well.
I have to admit that I am very glad that I do not have to pull or back in a camper or 5th wheel but there have been a number of 45 ft. plus campers that have stayed just fine. This is a wonderful place to stay and improvements are a continuous project. Thank you for the feedback.

i stayed at Ozark canopy for over a year where numerous of times I was told that I would have to pay for things if they were broke again like the water Spicket when it froze multiple times, my electricity and water was shut off without being told, and now my deposit my rent was always on time. My area was always clean so not to return a deposit it’s just poor business

We paid our monthly rent for August and a couple days in we had a water leak and needed to take our camper to the dealer for warranty work before the water sat too long. We never asked for our rent back for the month because we had already paid, but then she also wouldn't give us our$250 deposit back because we didn't give a two week written notice. Not only were we going through a tough time with having to stay at a hotel while our RV was getting fixed, she had no compassion whatsoever about our deposit. Extremely rude and I would suggest many of the other great places around Fayetteville.

Great place to stay. The management is super helpful and friendly. The area is beautiful. It was nice and quiet and there is a park within walking distance. It is right off the main drag but it feels more like you are immersed in nature. I highly recommend for all your RVing needs.

Don't trust them they do you wrong they are Liars and they tell you one thing intil you get in then they change it up on you.Not a good place to live. It's not family friendly or pet friendly. They are bunch of crooks I live here for two years and they me hell ever since I live here.
