Sucio, la cama olía a sudor y había cucarachas por todos lados. Tuve un terrible trato por parte de las personas en el front desk, me gritaron y tuvieron poca comprensión conmigo. Son unos racistas! Ojalá pudiera tener mi dinero de regreso, no lo recomiendo, es el peor hotel en todo el continente.

Esta pesimo el lugar si por mi fuera le diera 0 estrellas esta en mal estado la pequeña eladera y el aire no enfria para nada el cuarto y el baño tiene demasiado churre y inunda la bañera y caen gotas de agua del techo

Staying here for one night for work. Check in was easy no issues. Price was like $60 for a 2 bed room. Open door to hotel room and the room smells like cigarettes when I asked for non smoking. Light fixtures barely work. Everything has stains. Curtains, bed sheets, floor. Took sheets off to check for bed bugs because you'll definitely want to. There's crumbs in the mattress. Found roaches in the bathroom. Holes in the wall. AC unit is by the bathroom and the room stays hot with it set to run all night.

Got here 30 minutes early from check in, so understandable for not having some towels and such but the cleanliness was HORRIBLE. Tv was not properly hooked up and we had to fix the wire problem, then have help with the remote not working right. Microwave was unplugged as well. While tryin to fix this we found a sticky trap with ROACHES on it and other TRASH underneath and behind the drawers. Just filth all over. Burns in the sheets ( no blanks are provided ) and disgusting stains on the sheets they try and hide. NOT worth 118, for a one bed one night.
Just an over all sketchy vibe, should have read the reviews before booking.

Horrible, discussing place, OYO in Spanish is a hole. This hotel is a hole, dirty, smelly, humid and gross! The bed sheets were not changed, everything was stained. I cannot believe that places like this exist and still stay open! My teen cried. Management was so rude. This place deserves 0 stars. Please do not stay here!!!! I am requesting a refund!

**I received a nice note from the hotel stating they will address the issues. I hope they do.
The room was dirty and in poor repair. We found several dead cockroaches, a used q-tip, and a cigarette butt on the floor and in the drawers. The linens, including the sheets, were stained and gross-looking. The staff was nice, though.

Do not stay here!! Wyndham is right down the road and will treat you like a human being! Me and my husband are traveling across country and stopped here as this was the first hotel that we saw and had the worst experience. Me and my husband are moving from TX to Indianapolis with a 2 ur old and 3 month old and made a huge mistake stopping here. While we were checking in the hotel there wasn’t much activity in the parking lot and seemed fairly calm at first but dont let that fool you. Once we got to our room we found glass all over the floor for my two year old two play in and items still in all the drawers that my two year old was also opening. And wait it gets better, the cleaning lady goes door to door offering drugs for sale like such a friendly neighbor! At 11 pm!! Can’t make this shit up!! Called the cops made a report. Customer service was no help. Had to buy another hotel. Polic department said this happenes all the time to travelers and not to expect a refund..we were there five minutes!! OYO hotel this location is a disgrace to your company and will make you lose business..i will never return to an oyo and ive never had a bad experience with oyo before but after tonight I will happily go to Wyndham.

I have been in my fair share of shady motels traveling around, but this was by far the worst. I have never witnessed such a disregard for any type of hygiene or maintenance. Over run with drugs and prostitutes. They run around all night. Lights didn't work, shower was ridiculous. Water wouldn't even run down the drain because it was clogged with god knows what. All in all, worst hotel experience ever.
