We lost power at our home and had to find a cheap motel quick.. this was the first place we called that had an open room at 11pm. We made the 30 minute drive and checked in around midnight. We were told checkout was 11am the next morning. The room was dirty, the bathtub had dead bugs in it. I was staying alone in the room with my two young daughters, I'm a single mom. I was already nervous about this. Someone (I’m assuming hotel staff) attempted to enter my room at 8:45am the next morning while we were all still asleep. Thankfully I had the chain locked. It was pretty scary. We tried to use the pool and we were told no because “the dust storm last night left dust in the pool.” As an AZ native, I know that a pool can be swam in the day after a dust storm. You just have to clean it. The pool looked perfectly clean. They just don’t want to deal with servicing it after it’s used. It’s 105 degrees in July. Open the pool. Stop being lazy. Also communicate with your maids to let them know which rooms haven’t been checked out of yet so that they don’t open doors to sleeping guests. It was a very scary way to be woken up. Unlike others though, I did receive my deposit back. So I gave two stars for that reason only. Otherwise it was a 1 star stay.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for customer service. We got there around 1am exhausted from the trip and Gina was able to sort out a mistake I made booking online that would’ve cost me more money. Gina saved our Christmas trip!

This is a place that treats you like you are dirt. I think they feel if you are willing to stay in their place you have to be trash and you should be treated accordingly.
Their disdain is evident in every interaction and policy they enforce. The front desk staff appears disinterested and irritated by your mere presence, as if providing basic hospitality is an unbearable burden. The rooms, when finally accessed, reflect the same neglect and lack of respect. Dingy carpets, questionable cleanliness, and a pervasive odor suggest a place long forgotten by any standard of upkeep or care. It's as if the management has decided that their only clientele are those with no other options, and they treat them accordingly.

You can't get into the motel even a minute before 3pm even if you have a reservation - just try to get in. Right on their locked entranced glass door they have a sign that makes it clear they really are not accommodating at all. They have virtually no business because they are so nasty in every way - rude - dirty place - lazy staff and horrible management. If is not 3PM you can wear your finger out ringing that doorbell - they could care less if you stay or not stay. I don't understand how or why they treat customers so badly and how they can stay open. Probably the worst motel and staff I have ever encountered. You just have to sit in your car until they finally decide to open their door to the sty and that is when you realize, you should've driven on.

Firstly, staff at the hotel was awesome and the price / location are unbeatable. I would definitely stay here if I was a single dude or a group of guys and just needed a place to crash for a couple hours. Not great for the whole fam.
The rooms were clean, I guess, but very damaged. Outlets for charging were few and far between, restroom was cramped. It was loud with trucks all night. Just take that in to consideration.

Rooms are nasty. Smell bad. Stains on the sheets. Charges a refundable 100$ deposit claims it will be returned next day. So far 4 days have went by and haven’t received refund. Went back to hotel and talked to owner he is rude and unprofessional and now says 7-14 days for refund. Never staying in another oyo ever again. Attached photo of disgusting shower.

I booked here through a third party site before with no issues like I've done at a thousand other hotels. This time I called ahead for a price match and the guy on the phone was offended and said he won't honor a third party booking and wanted more money... I thought that was weird and booked third party anyways... I showed up at 2am very tired after driving 7 hours and he told me he has my reservation but is having technical difficulties and cannot give me a room or refund. I'm not upset, I went to a different hotel. I just want to put this out there, very strange, I've never experienced this in my life.

Positive: This is scam u guys steal people money there. Then after the room paid for they try to charge u another 100 didn't get the room or my money back do not go here Negative: Yeah i didn't like how yall Rob me for my business and did make a complaint to the better business barrel about u guys
