this is a really nice Shady mobile home park with a beautiful big blue pool this pool is a wow! Park is located close to the main shopping centers in Oroville and I also like it that it does accommodate Travel trailers! plus it is very close to Riverbend Park which is a beautiful Park Lots of walking trails near by. Can hop onto Hwy 70 to easily go to Chico or South to Sacramento Traffic Noise is not a problem

I have been living here going on 4 years on row C and I have seen management come and go but finally we have a team that we can be proud of, they are efficient, clean and productive. If I have any issues or concerns they listen and take care of business. We have a great swimming pool that will be open sometime in May or June, depending on the weather

Oh yes, when I was there the place looked well maintained. Roads in the park were pretty good. Only narrow. People I met were very friendly, seemed to respect others. Pretty nice place to think of as a place to check out if your looking. Sorry I don't knw anything about the money side of things. Bob M

I was very lucky! We received expedited service. The grounds are well groomed! Even extra tree trimming on the entire grounds. Very quiet and safe. Thank You Golden Oaks Oroville Mobile Home Park.

Too bad I can’t rate it 0. The people in the park are cool but the manager is a flake. He had my father come out and do some tree work. The manager didn’t pay and he does not answer the door to my dad nor does he return his phone calls. What a flake never take the guys word.

Too many tweakers. This could be a very nice trailer park for families or vets. I get some humans have bad times. But you don't need to stick 10 tweakers in a park, plus people who break into other people's trailers to take their property should be kicked out. The manager on site is cool, but he's got a lot of work to do. There is an older gentlemen named Jesse who does a lot of work, and no recognition of his efforts. They need to build a park to get the child molesters out. They need a parking lot, locks for the mailboxes with a hole to stick the mail in. This place needs a lot of love. The pool area needs to be more inviting. It's a mess. Also, put a fence around this place, so truckers stop pulling in with their loud semis. I have a 7 month old who is teething.

I could not find the lizards in the tree, as the image clearly shows, so I was very disappointed. But it would have been upsetting to see the transparent ghost lady also shown, so I suppose it's all for the best.

Love the new management! Park is looking fabulous and very hard working managers now cleaning up the mess from previous management! Way to go guys you rock!
