Neighbors are really friendly, the manager is totally awesome, the rent is exceptionally reasonable and it feels like home, I'm happy here, very convenient location it's a very short walk to 7 eleven, and the bus stop for the B line public bus. Walking distance to the clinic and to the grocery store (about a mile/25min.walk -to clinic, Raley's, the hospital, and also to the Urgent Care Clinic. It is also not too far of a walk to a couple different parks, there is an elementary school about a 10-minute walk away by the looks of it seems like a nice School and downtown is not but about a mile away there is also a couple different spots if you like hanging out by the water that are only about a mile walk or 25 minutes or so... there is also a short trail that is pretty nice and has a couple clearings where the kids can play or play on their little riding toys or kick a ball around right on the back side (or front side depending on your view point), there are a couple of different churches as well that are walking distance and there is on site pay laundry... Overall I would give this place at least four or four and a half Stars The Only thing that would make it better is if there was a swimming pool and/or a hot tub. This place has alot of tweekers ran down place and there's a lady who cleaned houses she use to be my maid I thought she was a good person till she stolen my wife's jewelry and quit she lives in trailer stall 21 just giving you heads up if you want to move there

I don't live there but the people i know there seem to like it so who cares what i think..The people that live there seem pretty happy so it's probably a nice place to live..

This has become a very nice park within the last year the new manager has kept it up and she is very nice and sweet and helpful with all the tenants

I wouldn't recommend this RV/Mobile Home Park to anyone. There is nothing attractive about the place at all. As far as curb appeal, so to speak, is concerned forget it.

I lived here. Its peaceful. Scarlett is a good manager . Keeps things proper. Its a good place to live.

In my experience, it's a dump. They charge to much money for a tiny lityle slot of land and ypu jave to pay the electric bill also.
