What a gem of a place this is. Location is absolutely brilliant, within walking distance of fabulous restaurants, the main street and the wonderful Thursday night markets. We found Old Ranch Inn to be very Palm Springs and loved that it was adults only. There are only 8 rooms and this makes it even more special. It's quiet and very well appointed with cute kitchen appliances. The pool is lovely, with great lounges and pool "toys" if you wanted to use them, I absolutely loved that there was a cold water machine near the pool, others may think this isn't much, but to have cold water on hand on a warm day was the icing on the cake. The view looking from the rooms to the mountains is spectacular. Room 8 looked like the room to book and this is what we'd choose next time, and hopefully there will be a next time, the view from room 8 is incredibly. Communication and check in was easy and the staff lovely. It was our first time to Palm Springs and we were so happy we chose the Old Ranch Inn.

Staying here was an absolutely fantastic experience. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything you’d want to explore while still offering a peaceful retreat.

Jason, the host, was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. His kindness and attentiveness made the entire process seamless and enjoyable.

The room itself was spotless, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.

Overall, this place exceeded all expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Palm Springs!

I can’t say enough good things about the Old Ranch Inn. Sometimes, photos look better than the reality. The Old Ranch Inn is much more charming than the photos depict. We stayed in the Premier King Suite No. 2, right off the main door. There are a few rooms along the main hallway, then others open to the pool area. Our suite had a spacious living room, a small kitchenette up a step, and the nice sized king bedroom. I was afraid the bath would be small, but it was actually pretty spacious. The Inn is tucked away from the main street in Palm Springs about ¼ mile, and is very quiet. Yet, it is easily within walking distance of shops and restaurants on the main drag in Palm Springs. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Can't say enough positives about this small hotel within walking distance of downtown Palm Springs. Large well furnished room with kitchen. Very clean, comfortable bed, and quiet. Perfect swimming pool. Attentive management... my wife and I look forward to returning

We live in Palm Springs, we are remodeling and it became difficult to stay home. We thought it would be fun to enjoy a staycation in town. The Old Ranch Inn is perfectly located. It is an iconic PS hotel. It is immaculate and quiet. Beds are comfy.

We had the perfect stay on our California roadtrip - the only issue was not staying longer!|The Old Ranch Inn is simple beautiful - the rooms super well equipped and beautifully decorated. Jason and Troy have really thought of every detail to make their guests feel comfortable, welcome and our trip special. Our room overlooked the beautiful pool and we loved relaxing by the pool talking to some others guests in the afternoon. The location is great and walking distance to shops and places to eat. Having somewhere to park was really convenient.|Our favourite place to stay on our roadtrip - just beautiful!

A lovely, quiet, totally vintage and classy place to stay, and everything about this property is pristine. What a treat, so rare in hotels at any price these these days, to have housekeeping service check in each morning to tidy the room and bring towels, etc. We will be back. Not enough to deduct a star, but the pool was too chilly in November for us and most of the other guests. A few degrees warmer? Thanks!

We are returning guests to this oasis in Palm Springs and stayed in room 8 on this visit for 5 nights. The room overlooked the spotless pool and garden area with sun loungers outside our room and fresh towels every morning. Room 8 had a kitchen area with Microwave, Keurig machine and a full size fridge freezer which in August is a godsend. The room was cool and even had an air purifier an added bonus. Within easy walking distance of shops and eateries. Yet again we made new friends in this adult only Inn and as the sign over the door states as you leave "Enter as Stangers - Leave as Friends" Would highly recommend.
