I just want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to Elddy and Susana from Oceanside Housing.

Elddy, you truly went above and beyond to help me during a difficult time. When I reached out about my urgent situation with my kids, you listened with such compassion and understanding. You took the time to answer all my questions and quickly connected with the property management team to clarify everything they needed. Your support made all the difference in helping me find stability.

And Susana, thank you for being so responsive and thorough in your inspections. I know how busy you are, yet you always made time to ensure that everything was up to code and safe for my family. It really reassured me knowing that you were on top of things.

Mirna is not easy person to work with. I like Ashley and Maria but not Mirna I made a grievance and asked to work with someone else who can be my assigned worker.

I rate with one star it might happen along time ago. Because of Mirna Reyes she works hud housing in Oceanside Ca. I lost my voucher because this person for day. I wish never help a person like that. Once she stay my one day, she wouldn't leave, I tried everything this police department they move her . This squatter named Leticia Torres she con Mirna Reyes, almost all the police that showed up . I couldn't believe this, my shaking my head. I'm sorry to say they are not smart if they couldn't figure this out. I lost my faith in hud housing and the police department . If I with anything I would never call them. Don't trust Mirna Reyes. Because all this happened. I'm homeless, they did me wrong. I'm trying to forgive them I'm not ready yet . If I didn't have my best friend she saved me killing myself. I giving all God, you have to answer to him one day. I will always love Oceanside, People like like you, it's shameful. One of these days I'm going to write about everything that to me living here. I'm glad I got off my chest.

..right now I will give them a 1 star .. technically I still have 3 months before I find housing with my voucher. Maybe just maybe it will go up to..3... ? (Just because they are making thos difficult)
I am disappointed because im a single mother with 2 kids. Work 6 days a week sometimes 9hrs a day..more than min wage.. but I don't make enough to get my own place.THIS IS WHY I NEED HELP! My voucher for example..is for ..2450... I can't go over.. or pay the difference if it does... all the appartments for a 2 bedroom are 2600 maybe 2550... I'm so lost right now my roomate is moving.selling the house and again .. I'm going to be sleeping in the car with my kids. They don't want to bump the bracket of the voucher even though the prices of appartments have gone up. I'm praying something will come along 🙏 because it's hard to explain things to my daughter why we have to move all the time.. why we are going to house to house and not have a place to call home ...

It has been more than eight months to open extra lane between college and Plaza Drive and still has not been completed. Registration fees being collected on time from DMV bad service is never been done on time
