INCREDIBLY RUDE. I called the office twice to discuss booking with them. They wanted me to Venmo them. First red flag. Then they said I could book via Airbnb and I was going to do that and reach out when ready. They ignored my request so I called again. The office manager is tactless and extremely rude. I decided to not book with them and do not recommend. I can only imagine the stress that would have come from booking with such a rude and unkind rental company.

WARNING DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY !!

They commit blatant misrepresentation in their listings spent almost 10K on a listing which was supposedly a LUXURY listing to arrive to a full on construction zone. When the HOST was asked to correct this issue or to compensate they claimed that they had no idea of construction going on and the property was AS IS.

The construction foreman said that the owners and leasing company has known for months about this construction and that they are lying.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF

THIS IS HEADED FOR NIGHTMARE LITIGATION ... which they will lose because such major things have to be disclosed under any form of good faith as well as any form of tenant or renter clause that would hinder the peaceful enjoyment of the property which was clearly a 'known' issue.

rest assured the will pay big time and will try to also go after their license so that they can't commit this kind of act again.... but protect yourself do not rent from these people do not fall for the fake pictures they are liars!

If I could give - or 0 stars I would. Kim (property manager) is a nightmare to deal with and is not a rational person.

When requesting to book via airbnb we noticed there is a max occupancy for the property of 6. I messaged her via airbnb explaining we have 7 people total. 4 adults and 3 children. (ages 5 , 2 and 1) The booking request was approved and confirmed by Kim. Before we arrived I called Kim and asked if my brother could come enjoy a dinner with us at the property as I was sensitive and aware to the 6 person policy we had negotiated up to 7 with the young kids / infant. The property manager said we were not allowed to have any additional guests. While disappointed, we understood certain places have different guidelines.

Upon arrival we asked the property manager (Kim) once again if it was possible to have a guest over for a dinner / drink and she then messaged us for the next 4 hours telling us we need to leave the property. Airbnb support then jumped in asking us to leave as well stating we had 1 more human on property and we are in violation. This was a complete and utterly awful situation to go thru after driving 6 hours with 3 young kids.

Simply asking a question and being transparent does not break any rules and does not warrant being asked to leave the property by the host and airbnb support. After the first night of being harassed by the property owner there was no communication from airbnb support or Kim after that. We spent the entire trip looking over our shoulders and could not enjoy ourselves.

The rules of the property might be 6 for this property , however those rules were amended and changed when the property manager agreed to having 7 people (including the infant)

The experience was completely awful and the property manager should not be allowed to host if she conducts herself this way to guests.

We loved our vacation! We stayed at the Pink Door house, which was right on the beach. The house was amazing - everything was brand new and tastefully remodeled. The backyard was also great for our family to use after a day at the beach. It was so easy to book and access the property, and Logan made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. We will definitely be back!

The property was beautiful with great amenities . However, we were disappointed with the property manager. We had $200 of our $500 security deposit withheld due to a child wetting the bed the last night we stayed at the property. In addition I had to follow up with the property manager on several occasions in order to get the deposit returned. Finally it was returned 23 days after our departure. I very much appreciate the property manager's desire to provide a fresh, clean experience for the next guests, I just feel the $200 charge was an excessive charge. She claimed it required purchasing new bedding.

Rented last second 2 days before the 4th of July and the front desk last noticed an issue without stirring our anxiety and fixed it before mentioning there was even a problem, she upgraded us to a suite!
As a poor couple who dates 1 time in 5 years because of no one watching our child, this ment the world to me!
All things work out here, I'll be coming back for a third time as soon as possible!

We stayed at one of Oceanside Beach Rentals right on the beach in May 2020. We had slight concerns due to the covid bans just being lifted. But our worries dissolved immediately! Let me start by saying I am a very particular person when it comes to detail and cleanliness. That being said, this house was SPOTLESS! They provided additional cleaning supplies as needed as well (which we did not need). The house had everything we needed and then some. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of seating inside and out. The yard....how can I even explain how amazing it is. Not only does it have its own sandy beach and firepit, it also has a nice grass yard! We will 100% be back for certain. Kim was super helpful and friendly. Its not often you find vacation rentals cared for to the level that this property is. So you can book with confidence and enjoy your vacation!

This was our second year at the pink door house. We just had to come back to this fabulous property. This time only 6 of us and a dog. So we had plenty of space. The house smelled and looked very clean and sanitized, which made us feel better about our stay during covid-19. They even provided sanitizing items for us to use during our stay. Since the beach had some rules during this time, we spent many hours on the newly added front porch, literally steps away from the sand. The backyard has a lot of space, bbq, and a fire pit as well. Very clean. The owner was very responsive through email prior to our stay. We didn’t have any issues come up at all during our stay that required us to reach out to them. We hope to make this a yearly tradition.
