I have been here few weeks because of the heat and it's cheapest place I can finde, if you don't minde roaches the entire place has roach infestation. Now there in my camper I'm sure the owner must know I have mentioned it to the management. Nothing like laying in bed relaxing and have a roach crawling across you.

I have my travel trailer here for couple weeks now. The new owner (military man)has really cleaned the place up. Have not stayed here in the past because of some unsavory people at motel next door. The owner bought the motel and has clean up the motel of tenants and it's rooms. They have laundry mat clean restrooms and showers. Pool that is clean but not heated. See people using it. New management and maintenance two thumbs up.

3 stars for a reason it was the only rv park with sites available near Calipatria and it has bathhouses but you gotta pay 10 for key deposit. However, there were campers they rent out that has roach infestation. Two of our campers got roaches after staying here. Our power supply went out several times just running my small heater and wasnt happy how the manager handled it. He doubted our camper was 30 amp. Maintenance guy fix the main breaker. Across is a trailer park but people are partying every weekends. Just loud till 3am. Homeless will come by and they break in at their buildings.

Don't go there you will get sucked into the valley, but if you're one who love 130 degree weather then you might want to try it out. Small town not very many people.

600 a month not worth it, i can get northern California for 300 a month with swimming pool, tennis court, and recroom,

I'm currently staying at the motel... It's clean, quiet, very homey. The manager is a wonderful lady, very accommodating.

Welcome place to dump RV and take on water. Much needed as it is near The Slabs. I appreciate the fact that the folks here leave their sites open.
