Creo que estas imágenes hablan por si solas. No cometan el error de rentar aqui, les diran que todas las utilidades estan incluidas en la renta, que solo debes pagar gas y electricidad pero no es asi, te cobran todo! valet trash aunque no la uses, regular trash , recycled trash, jardinero, control de plagas supuestamente y afuera del elevador siempre hay moscas volando, luz, gas, agua. Aún que tu ya tengas contrato con Edison y pagues a la compañía, de todas formas te van a cobrar aparte para ellos. Y no solo eso es el problema, es todo el edificio en general. pesimo

Realmente descepcionada de la atención que tiene esa unidad de departamentos , aplique para un departamento y nunca me llamaron de regreso para decirme si califique o no , o si necesitaba algo más , solo tomaron mi dinero y nunca obtuve una respuesta ,muy mala actitud del personal de oficina , en realidad me sentí muy mal atendida . Nunca me moveré allí y nunca recomendaría ese lugar.
Lástima porque en realidad antes de aplicar creí que era un lugar hermoso para vivir

Es una gran desilusión vivir en este complejo de apartamento, todo te lo ofrecen de maravilla y la realidad es otra.. yo renové mi contrato otro año más a pesar de tantos problemas que he tenido desde el primer día que llegue.. me entregaron el apartamento con falla en el aire acondicionado y como era fin de semana feriado y una temperatura arriba de 100, no podía esperar y llame a la oficina y me subieron que no podían hacer nada por ser fin de semana feriado.. en ese mismo año reporte que en todas las llaves solo salía agua caliente y igual pasaron semanas hasta que repararon el problema, otra filtración de agua en las ventanas , chimenea más de 5 veces pasaron hasta que quedó en servicio, las puertas de mi closet estás en pésimas condiciones y las quitaron y las pondrían nuevas, hasta que hoy mi hijo fue a recordarle de este reporte y solo vinieron a poner las mismas y en unas condiciones inaceptables, y sin olvidar el agua se estuvo tirando en el garage por 3 semanas lleve video lo estuve reportando y no lo reparaban , por supuesto eso pagaremos todos los inquilinos del edificio el agua que se estuvo tirando.. y de la basura ni hablar duran mas de una semana los muebles que los inquilinos que se van dejan y ahí queda todo y esto es muy desagradable ver, los elevadores y pasillos siempre están sucios así es mi vida aquí tan incomoda y el colgó hoy por la noche trataron de robar mi carro y ellos se lavan la manos no se hacen responsable de nada, y también muchos hemos perdido paquetes por error los dejan en edificio equivocado y publica en la página que se usa para inquilinos, ellos borra publicación.. no vivan aquí es una pésima decisión y por último se tiene que pagar $50 dlls si deseas usar la mesa de Pool después de la hora de oficina esto es demasiado creo yo, si rentas es tu derecho usar las instalaciones sin pagar extra

A couple of years ago when they moved in, the apartment was well managed and maintained. As of 2024, this apartment complex under the new management is below sub-par. I wish I could give 0 stars. The elevator does not work reliably and the permit is expired as of 6/30/24. The hot water is not consistently hot, there are a lot of hidden fees (one for a so called “trash concierge”) but tenants have to take the trash to the trash chute themselves so not sure what that fee is even for. Management does nothing about the homeless people who frequently break into the gated parking lot. People do donuts in their cars outside on the side street almost every night and the walls are paper thin so be prepared for constant noise while you are trying to sleep. The new management needs to step it up and get things back to how they once were. 0/10 do NOT recommend living here. Avoid at all costs.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience moving into this apartment has been nothing short of a nightmare. It has been four months since we moved in, and the problems started even before day one. On our scheduled MOVE-IN DATE, after meticulously planning our move all the way from the Bay Area, we were told the apartment was not ready. Not only did we plan our entire relocation around that date, but we also had no place to stay. Imagine arriving with all your belongings in a U-Haul, furniture packed up, and ready to start your new life, only to be told you have to wait a week because of apartment repairs.

We were literally stranded, with nowhere to go, and the management showed zero empathy. When we asked if there would be any reimbursement for this inconvenience, they outright refused. Their attitude was dismissive, leaving us to figure out our own solutions. As international students, this added an unbearable layer of stress because we had orientation for our classes just around the corner. In a state of desperation, we told them we were going to file a case against them. And magically, within minutes, they suddenly informed us that our apartment was available. "Oh, sorry, we got mixed up." Mixed up? Are you kidding me? The audacity of this excuse is beyond comprehension.

And that was just the beginning. Once we moved in, the reality of this place became painfully apparent. The floors are paper-thin—literally no sound insulation whatsoever. If you're unlucky enough to get a unit with neighbors above you, good luck. The creaking noises are unbearable, like living under an old, poorly-built attic. We're in a middle apartment, and while we can sympathize with the noise coming from above (because the floors are just that bad), we have an entirely different nightmare living below us. A man, who I’m convinced is a drug addict, knocks on our door EVERY SINGLE DAY to complain about noise. It’s absurd. We’ve had to involve the police just to get some relief from his harassment.

To make matters worse, the leasing office staff—who started off acting friendly—have shown their true colors. There’s a particular individual, who I won’t name, but her attitude has been absolutely atrocious. She acts like she owns the entire complex, talking down to us as if she’s our superior. Case in point: a friend of ours left her dog with us temporarily while she traveled back to her home country. We paid a $500 deposit for this arrangement. Instead of being reasonable, this leasing agent showed up demanding the dog be gone by Sunday. When we tried to offer paying monthly rent for the dog, she dismissed us with arrogance. Her tone was condescending and downright disrespectful, as if she’s the queen of this dilapidated complex and we’re mere peasants.

This entire experience has been a disgrace. From the lack of accountability during move-in to the ongoing noise issues and the attitude of the leasing staff, this has been the most stressful and unprofessional living situation I have ever encountered. International students and anyone else considering moving here, take this as a warning: DO NOT RENT HERE.

I am also telling all my other roommates to give a zero star rating who experience the same exact nightmares. We are moving out as soon as our lease ends. One additional thing, they charge like $100 extra every month for trash. I don't know why trash is that expensive lmao.

Management here is extremely unprofessional. The maintenance crew absolutely sucks. The place is infested with roaches and nothing works, everything is very old and falling apart. The elevator is constantly getting stuck with people in it. The permit has been expired for over a year. Management does not answer emails or phone calls. Completely regret my decision to move my family here can’t wait till my lease is over.

Stayed there for over 5 years with my family. 0/5, TERRIBLE! The manager is horrible and the place has declined under her management. Most of the office staff are lazy, unprofessional and unreliable. They have done crooked things like double charging for things on multiple occasions. They had a new tenant accidentally turn off the gas and they charged us for it. They do not take care of the property. The pictures are from them letting trash pile for over a week and it got worse. They turn off the water regularly, at least once every week or so for hours, so you may not be able to shower/wash etc from 9-5 some days. They have a mildew problem due to them just painting over the mildew and bad ventilation. They don’t address noise complaints and sometimes they do not have security to call during quiet hours. If you live there currently my advice is to document everything! Take pictures/videos, keep notes of every interaction with management and the service requests. They lack accountability and Greystar does not respond so filling out court documents may be necessary in the future (take it from me). If you are looking into moving here, do not waste your time. Safety is another big issue. People constantly trespass on the property and there’s been multiple cases of theft.
