I’ve been using Nipomo Self Storage for their 10x10 unit, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. This is my second time renting with them, and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Dri and Aldo. They set up my account in just 20 minutes from the time I arrived, which was impressive. I was the first client in, and I appreciate that each individual unit comes with its own alarm, offering an extra layer of security.

Their pricing is reasonable, especially considering that many other storage units in the county are full. They even offer a prorated rate, which is a fantastic option for those needing flexibility. They recently changed ownership, the rates stayed fair and the service got even better.

I have been using them since around 2010. I have never had any issues with my things. No break-ins or damages to my things or to the space I have rented. If I have any questions, I just call, and they have answered right away. I even called after all the rains we got here and asked about any damages or flooding to the business, and the on-site manager was very helpful and very kind. The only thing I would change would be some kind of discount or holding on the monthly charges if you have been there for an amount of time like I have been. I was being charged an increase offen. I was notified that the business was sold in the New Year and within the first month was given 30-day increase notices, but at least it was a smaller increase. So I'm waiting to see what happens after some time, but I'm thankful for such a nice on-site manager, and sometimes it's worth a little more. But I will see. The business has lots of different kinds of security and has always been very clean, which I appreciate very much with my things there.

I have had this storage company for approximately 10 yrs. It is very clean and well managed. I had the privilege of having Dallas Pelletier to close my account out. She was very helpful and caring.
This place was as clean after 10 years like when I first rented the storage unit. Very pleased with the kindness from the staff here. They took good care of everything.
