This is a wonderful location on Hayling Island that is easy to get to and has loads of parking. I received a wonderful, warm reception as I walked through the door and the staff couldn't do enough for me during my stay. My bedroom was very clean, had an amazing corner bath and very comfortable large bed. In the evening, I was advised that there wasn't food available as they had an 18th birthday party being held there but they did manage to squeeze me in, for which I'm grateful. The party was in the annex and, whilst I heard it going on, it didn't go on late. I attended a wedding there the next night which went very well.

Was here for two days and nights for a wedding reception and party. Everything about this place was superb. The room, the food, the choice of drinks, and the wonderful staff. The breakfast was substantial and very good quality, the food laid on for the reception was first class and the dinner which my companion and l had on the first evening was outstanding. In addition the prices were all extremely reasonable.|All in all l cannot recommend highly enough.

This was our second time staying at this hotel.| Everything was excellent. Really good breakfasts and fantastic Sunday lunch, togther with helpful, caring and friendly staff.||Would recommend to anyone. Will certainly stay again when in the area.

Warm welcome, and allowed to my room early. The room was clean, and spacious with plenty of storage space. The en-suite was large with a bath and shower in the bath. |Tv and hot drinks available.|Breakfast was buffet style and was very busy in a small room. |My only complaint was that the only fresh coffee available was by paying extra for it at the bar. They need a couple of coffee machines.

This place is amazing. Great value for money (cash accepted which is handy). Brilliant breakfast and the hotel itself was very clean. Friendly staff so throughly recommend a stay here!

How disappointed.|All we wanted was a good home Cooked Sunday roast !|What we got was :|Beef , so over cooked|Roast potatoes, not crisp and over cooked|Vegetables . So over cooked|Cauliflower cheese . Watery and overcooked.||What is so different to produce a good roast ?|Maybe my expectation are too high !!!

Here for a birthday party. Function room was good for the occasion. About 40 on a Sunday afternoon. Buffet lunch was good and well thought out. Next time I am in the area I would visit again.
