I wish I could give 100 Stars! Huge Rave to New Desert Vista Team!! I actually lived here several years ago under different management and it’s completely different! We are new tenants now and had so many questions and concerns and Lupita and Jeremy answered and addressed everything. So helpful so kind! Always there for big or small questions, very accommodating, so informative and most of all so helpful and polite ! We weren’t too sure at first based on previous management but they definitely sold us they are awesome! And it’s so nice to have a management team that is on top of things, communicates and handles everything! Looking forward to being their tenants ! Also community is nice calm clean and quiet ? if you are thinking about moving here do it you are in good hands !! We’ve been looking for a while for a nice place for our family and Lupita helped us in every single aspect and every single question she’s amazing ! 10/10 recommend ! Better than any of the other apartments in town ! That’s for sure! Amazing Management! So Attentive! Quiet Clean and Peaceful environment ?

We just moved in on the end of June. The place looked nice , clean and quiet place to live. We found a few minor damaged things in the apartment unit and we let the manager, Lupita knew. She was very polite and helpful. She made a note of minor damaged things and she also arranged someone to fix plumbing right away. The thing that I hated is the deposit is too high. Jeremy is another manager. He is an ok guy.

I've lived here for almost two years now and have been really happy. The office is always very polite and accommodating whenever I've had concerns or questions. They do a really great job of keeping up the grounds cleanliness and landscaping. There's plenty of washing machines and dryers, with the added convenience of using a card for payment instead of carrying around quarters. Wifi is included which is awesome, and it's always strong. Also plenty of parking and friendly neighbors, at least in my building. And any maintenance requests I've ever had were always checked and fixed same day I called them in. We've never had any bug problems. I think I've only ever had to call in like two really minor issues which is pretty good for two years. Overall it's really quiet and comfortable living here!

My family and I have lived here for 5 years and we love these apartments, they are very quiet, peaceful and spacious. We really enjoy the internet and cable included with our apartment. Lupita is an amazing apartment manager- she is very understanding, sympathetic and kind! Maintenance responds super quickly. I definetly recommend moving here!

The nicest apartment complex in Barstow. I’ve been here for over a year now and they are always very attentive to my families needs , they respond quickly and efficiently always showing the up most respect. We are very pleased to be spending the next upcoming years in our new lease here . thank you Jeremy , lupita & all staff .

Management and maintenance is all very good. Peaceful place to live, with good views, far from the noise and sirens of Main St. Well-situated a few blocks from Stater Bros. Market.

I’ve been here about a year and I love how quiet it is. The apt is very spacious. The managers respond quickly with maintenance and any other concerns you may have. Definitely recommend these apts.
