My family has been going here for over 25 years. Probably about the same amount of time since they’ve been open. My absolute favorite dish is chicken tikka masala. I haven’t found one restaurant in Philly that makes it this way. But anything you order from the menu is going to be delicious. I’ve been going for years so I’ve tried many other dishes and they are always just as delicious. Also i love the bar specials and desserts! Don’t forget to order dessert! The mango lassi is simply amazing to drink if you want a sweet beverage. They also have popular mango ice cream. No one else makes it like them.

New Dehli serves good, authentic Indian food. The menu rotates from day to day but is similar when going on the same day of the week.

Staff is constantly replenishing food and getting the buffet area clean. A couple added bonuses is that they include various chutneys and Indian chai as well as simple salad components.

The restaurant is definitely worth taking checking out if you like Indian food.

Very friendly staff. Kidney beans, chickpeas, tandoori chicken and rice were all fresh. Samosas were excellent! Good value: flat rate dinner buffet for about $25. Lunch is a bargain for about $16. Street parking is free after 8:00pm. You MUST try the tea after finish eating! So good!

The food was below mid, the food didn't have as much flavors as other Indian buffets I've been too. Unless all the flavor was in the fried chicken because it was salty. The food was warm and not hot as well as dry. Even the rice pudding rice tasted dry in flavorless bath of liquid that was too watery for a "pudding". I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The food here is excellent. We order from them a couple times a week. This year they finally changed from styrofoam to-go containers for their rice to compostable paper ones so I just wanted to give a shout out for finally doing that.

An OK kind of Indian food restaurant in mid of Phillie downtown.

Seems it was good in old days as it has all the necessary infrastructure as a good restaurant but feels kind of out dated now.

Food taste was below average, deserts Keer and Gulab-Jamun was good;
Staff friendliness was good;
Ambiance is open but old and dull;
Expecting guests to pay tip on self service buffet;
Not value for money but if you want to eat indian only, u can try else give a skip.

Chipotle might be better experience.

I won’t try again; neither recommend ?
