Lock didn't work on inside, pillows were strewn in room (not on the bed), blinds were broken, letting in bright light all night, heater had carbon monoxide warning, office lady didn't issue refund for 1 day in advance cancellation although Booking.com approved it. She strung me along for months, hoping I would give up, which I did.
Never going there again.

This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was nowhere near being cleaned properly. The sheets were dirty. The walls were disgusting. I had to ask for sheets and make my own bed and ask for cleaner and clean the bathroom. There was A blow dryer but no blow dryer. There was a place for an iron but no iron and the closet had no hangers. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Be aware! This place is a total scam. I stayed during Thanksgiving and paid via Expedia. 3 days later the billed my credit card. I called the inn and the girl who answers is very rude and told me she can’t do anything about the double charge and that I have to wait for the manager. Manish the manager never shows up and is never there to answer the phone calls. I asked for an email address and still she knew nothing. Hotels.com reached out to them as well and no success.

Now for the room. It was so disgusting. I got the 2 bedroom cottage for 2 nights we left a day early it was so bad. Bathroom wasn’t clean and had so much garbage under the sink. The shower/tub is meant for an infant. The pull out bed is disgusting and hadn’t been used in who knows how long. All the furniture is basically second hand very used miss matched. The mattress was springs and the linen was awful and no blankets. The floors were so bad that our socks turned black. It was the worst experience I have ever had

It’s now going on over 20 days and they have yet to give me my money back for double charging.

This place is NOT handicapped accessible! They are NOT friendly to disabled people. Housekeeping did not clean one time, even after we repeatedly asked. They did not give us toilet paper or hand soap even though we asked repeatedly. They verbally told us they were handicap accessible and they had a room. Then they told us that we were in the handicap room. They have no showers. The rooms have bathtubs only and they refused to give a refund. The manager refused to return our calls. The front desk woman is incompetent. Horrible place.

I stayed in a room with twin beds. Both beds had broken box springs. Only my dog appreciated the deep sagging craters they caused in the matresses. The curtains are see-through at night, so expect spend the night in a fish bowl. This place is depressing and unsleepable.
