1) Zoom calls are terrible. Ray Allen takes 30 minutes to take role and starts arguing woth anyone who has a question.
2) Extremely uptight, if they think youre doing something while on video, youll get kicked out the class with no warning and have to retake the class. Ended up at another program and it is very relaxed and role took about 2 minutes.
3) Ray Allen should not be allowed to be put in a position to change peoples lives, people here are vulnerable to commiting the same offenses. He doesnt teach anything, just has a power trip the entire 2 hour session.
4) Expensive. ADACC is cheaper, you get treated like human being, and the counselors actually build a connection which each one of their students

Long store short, save your money, stress, and time and just go anywhere else. all the classes are virtual almost everywhere

The front and back staff are. amazing. They're knowledgeable when it came to substance use including mental health. I witnessed firsthand concerns about their student well-being. ( I was in the lobby).

I have never seen such a terrible establishment. It is truly heartbreaking what monsters these people are.

I applied for a fee waiver with Ray Allens. He claimed that it was granted. I never heard back from them at all regarding payments. They don't pick up their phones at all.

Next thing I know I get a letter on April 19th claiming I owe money. It stated I had 10 days to resolve the payments which would be today. I tried calling back and again no answer. I spoke with MJ this past Friday on April 26th, my instructor who told me to go in person. She also told me I was removed from the program. This made no sense as the letter clearly stated 10 days. MJ is trying to help me out which is nice. Unfortunately the staff don't care.

When I went is person they had every excuse and had me going around in circles. They claimed they had the wrong number on file for me, that the number when you search them up is incorrect, that they are not responsible for whatever their own letter says regarding the deadline, that I should have been making payments even though I couldn't get ahold of them and they don't have an option to pay online, that I was supposedly committing fraud, and more.

Ray Allens is truly disgusting and doesn't know what he is doing. In his courses he regularly failed at using the equipment for online classes, failed to give proper instructions, and had a bad attitude when speaking with him. Frances was no help either and most likely condones this terrible service.

Never come here you will regret it!

This place is trash & the staff SHANDA Williams is very rude & disrespectful, all she do is yell, talk trash & threats to kick you out her class cause you remind her that you’re grown. She don’t teach you nothing, you basically pay hella money to watch YouTube videos.. they group & education is the Same. Just YouTube videos. Jasmine is wonderful always helpful an understanding.

A bunch of tweakers on a power trip. Supposed to be education classes but taking notes is not allowed . If you ask anything that isn’t on their beloved title 9 paper then they refer you to the manager who refuses to pick up the phone. Save yourself the headache go to ohs. If you need to miss a class for work you’re hit with a 30 dollar fee but if they cancel you just have to deal with them extending your program . They think their time is worth gold and yours is worth trash .

Ray Allan is the best counselor there. And the director Debbie is awesome too.
