I absolutely LOVE Krystal and her staff at Napa Valley Senior Living. Making the decision to put someone you love into a care home is difficult, but Krystal made the transition easy. The love and care they show their residents is second to none. My mom is safe, comfortable and happy at The Sherman House.

Our family cannot express how much we love and appreciate Krystal and her staff at Napa Valley Senior living.
It is a home atmosphere where family and friends can visit anytime.
A visit to the home shows the excellent professional and loving care that we all witness during every visit. We feel at ease knowing that our father/Papou is truly loved and cared for when our family can’t be with him. We are also very impressed with the staff to resident ratio.

My 3 brothers placed me in charge of finding a protected environment for our dad since I was an RN and could bring him to my community. I visited all home based caregivers. I found Krystal and her staff excellent in care matters, detailed, and easy to work with. We were there 2 1/2 years and I believe it was the right place.

The caregivers are attentive and show compassion towards the residents. The owner Krystal is very attentive, respectful and communicates in a timely manner with family! My cognitively challenged aunt lived at one of the Napa Valley Senior Living homes for just over a year before she passed. Our aunt, including our ever-present family members, were treated with kindness, respect, and understanding. All of the staff were well trained and always ensured the safety and comfort of the residents. The staff were always willing to adapt menus, meal times, and activities to meet the needs of our aunt. They were patient when she repeated questions or stories multiple times in an hour, and always encouraged conversation. The staff welcomed us for our daily visits and were interested to hear about her car rides and family time with us away from the home. It was the perfect home for our aunt. She felt welcome and included for the time she shared with everyone at her Napa Valley Senior home. We cannot thank everyone enough for the support we received.

I can't say enough positive things about this amazing facility. Krystal and her team of professionals treated my father with the utmost dignity and respect in his declining months. She and her wonderful team persevered through COVID, through many obstacles life had thrown at them during this unprecedented time.

During the global pandemic, when my father's health had deteriorated so badly that I could no longer take care of him, I decided to place him in this facility. Krystal was amazing. She did everything she could to care for her patients and ensure that they were safe and healthy. I was in awe of her ability to remain flexible and even with all of the COVID restrictions, I was able to safely visit my father, talk to him, and reassure him he was where he needed to be. Dementia is a horrific disease but his stay at Napa Valley Senior Living created a loving and comfortable environment for him to live out his final months.

I would absolutely recommend this facility for anyone making the difficult decision to place their loved one in fully assisted living.

My Dad spent the last year of his life in the loving, caring atmosphere of Napa Valley Senior Living on Hamilton St. He was struggling with dementia and needed round the clock supervision. As luck would have it, he agreed to move into NV Senior Living just a month before the world changed and the lockdown with Covid began. We could not have been luckier to have him in a comfortable, safe place with such wonderful caregivers. They did all they could to keep everyone healthy while still allowing us to keep in touch by FaceTime or outdoors from a distance. My dad really clicked with several of them and enjoyed them taking him for walks or just sitting in the gazebo out back watching the chickens and enjoying the Sun.
I will forever be grateful for the “above and beyond” care he received.
