Positive: The service was really great and they offer a few extra touches such as fresh made donuts in the morning and soft serve and coffee at the front desk. The rooms although outdated, were very large and clean! Negative: The hotel is a little outdated but for being a low to moderate star hotel it?s nothing that you wouldn?t expect. They keep it very clean and well maintained which makes my overall review higher!

The front desk staff was super friendly and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The beds are comfortable. Next time we are in Murphy, will definitely stay here again.

I had the privilege of interacting with several of the staff members. Everyone was courteous and attentive and made sure that my needs came first. The manager, Mike, works very hard and treated me with respect and kindness. I would not stay anywhere else. It might be a little bit old but it's clean and they make sure customer service comes first.

I was booked here by someone else for the ironstone concours (for work). I had no idea what I was walking into, but was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is older, with older furnishings, but everything is so clean! It's not a luxury hotel, but that's fine. Everything worked well and was spotless. The beds were real mattresses, not that memory foam garbage. It was the most comfortable mattress I've slept on at a hotel in years! The room was huge. You walk into a living room with a couch (maybe sofa bed?), TV, and table and chairs, the next part of the room is a sink & vanity area, mini fridge and spotless bathroom. Then a door into the bedroom part of the room with another TV. We closed the bedroom door when we went to bed and it was perfectly quiet. I never heard a peep throughout the night. The parking lot is large and we never had to fight for a spot even with everyone in town for the concours. The staff is super friendly. There's free house made mini donuts and a mini orange juice delivered every morning, they have soft serve ice cream and coffee for the asking. It was very hot outside and the ac in the bedroom kept us chillin whenever we were in the room. The hotel is literally only a few minutes drive from the ironstone winery (which is beautiful). I will definitely stay at the Murphys Suites again in the future!

Positive: The helpful staff always greeted us with smiles. The pool is always clean and ready. The doughnut breakfast is so handy. Negative: It?s a slight walk from Main Street.
