Great location! Love living here there are so many places to eat and visit. The property itself is well maintained and all the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They are always willing to support their residents. Maintenance work is being completed elevating the property and excited to see the positive changes at the property. The maintenance team is extremely responsive and respectful when they do work orders and explain to me what they are doing and why they are doing it. It is greatly appreciated. Shout out to Jordan the new maintenance manager making things happen. And to Mason and Brendan at the leasing office for making the transition into my new home seamless, I know I can count on them! This has been one of my fav places to live.

The apartment did not return my security deposit and the extra rent I had paid for nearly 20 days, which they should have returned within 21 days as required by California law. I had to call them several times after the 21-day deadline, and it took them over a month and a half to finally give me my money back. They also did not provide any list or receipts showing what was deducted from the deposit. I am sure they overcharged me because my previous apartment only charged a little over $300 for cleaning, but this time they charged me over $600. I don’t want to contact them again to ask for the deduction list and receipts because they don’t respond, and it’s draining my energy. This was very frustrating and unprofessional. I will not consider this apartment again in the future because there’s a big risk I won’t get my deposit and extra rent back.
By the way, during my second year living here, they changed the management company, and since then, the hot water pool hasn’t been maintained properly. The water is always cold. It was a disappointing experience overall.

These apartments are nice. My family and I have had a good experience here, we have been residents since the apartments first were built back in 2016, in fact we were the first residents to live here. Our very first manager was always so kind to my family, very good people as staff, and good security. ALL of our managers before Ashely were very kind. Since Ashley arrived the apartment fell apart. Ashley was completely rude to us and didn’t listen to our problems at all. There were robberies happening to us in the apartments. Someone tried stealing our bikes 2 times and succeeded one time and stole a $1,000+ bike. We asked Ashley if we could view the cameras in the locker room and she would always tell us they didn’t work. The same thing happened when our car was robbed, I had money/checks in my car and they were all gone the next morning. We sent an email to Ashley about our car robbery and she never responded so we went to see her and she said the cameras were not working and she couldn’t do anything. She always ignored us and just never answered our emails. Back in January, we don’t know who did this but we found all of our trash dumped right outside our door after I went to throw it away. We told Ashley about this and she said that we shouldn’t leave the trash outside the trash room even though we didn't. The trash room was full and we had to leave it right by the trash can inside the trash room, there was a bunch of trash as well but they seemed to only care about our trash because clearly someone took the time to look for our apartment and dump my trash on my doorstep. Ashley would also sometimes open our mail and give it to us opened and say “I thought it was mine” when my name was clearly written on the envelope. Since Ashley we did lose a lot of mail and some that we never found. I could name a lot of other things Ashley did. Felicia on the other hand is amazing. She always cared about our problems and was very kind to me and my family. My kids love her personality and how she takes action. 5 stars would go to this apartment complex if we had a different manager and a better experience. But 5 stars to Felicia and the rest of the staff. We still currently live in this apartment complex and hope to have a better experience.

Living at this place was a nice experience. We lived there for a month in a furnished apartment. Apartments are nice and clean. Amenities are good. Location is a plus point. Very close to restaurants, grocery store, safeway. Good vibe of El Camino. Small apartments but for short term stay it’s enough. Very clean apartments. One thing we did experience but didn’t bother is water pressure was low on all taps. Other than that very satisfied.

I have been living in mResidences for more than 2 years now and my experience has been nothing short of amazing!! Brendan and Mason are true gems who are managing the community effortlessly.
The maintenance staff, Mr. Thorn, is prompt and very helpful. He goes above and beyond to help us with anything needed.

Very poorly managed. The leasing agents are impossible to reach and make false promises about when you'll hear back from them.

Once you sign the lease, they are so disorganized that they won't send you move-in information until the last possible second.

After move-in, they completely ignore you. My unit had several major maintenance issues present immediately upon move-in, and the property manager kept saying they'd "send a tech over". The tech never arrived but the manager would make the same promise day after day.

Even to this day, my maintenance requests are totally ignored and management only gets more incompetent/apathetic with every employee turnover.

The building is not even 10 years old but it is so poorly maintained that it already looks decrepit. There are bugs everywhere, especially ants, flies, and spiders. Hallways are never cleaned so they look and smell disgusting, with dog urine stains and smells everywhere. They're also dark because at least half the ceiling lights are burnt out. Same problem in the underground garage and the trash rooms. Everything from the elevator to the gate in the parking garage to the gym equipment to the BBQ to the pool is frequently broken.

The security staff act really weird. They "patrol" the building at night but they mostly just harass residents or creepily stare as people walk by. One of them once stopped walking right as I was entering my unit and just stood there watching me and peering through my door until I got inside and shut it in his face.

Recently, a unit just 2-3 doors down from mine caught fire and the management failed to notify building residents about the incident. I wasn't home when this happened and I only found out about it many weeks later.

This building is clearly mismanaged, unmaintained, unsanitary, and unsafe.

While needing an office space at the last minute we were able to have a recommendation from a tenant at the Oak Wood residence in Mountain View. We contacted the manager of the residence Donald and explained our situation. We would need a temporary spacious office area for our team and with all of the amenities that we might need. He was very understanding and was so kind to allow us to use the main floors office area while our permanent office was finalized.

The main floors office space gave us the space we needed, with full access to use the restroom as well. The office area was kept clean every day thanks to their amazing maintenance team. We also had access to their mini fridge that allowed us to store our lunches and their working sink as well. On top of all of these great features we also really enjoyed the modern architecture of the office space, with a T.V inside, couches, and even separate office spaces that allowed us to have private meetings. We really appreciate all of their help and would definitely recommend this location.
