My partner and I are pleased to write a review for Paul. He provided us with his expertise and knowledge several months before we put my mother-in-laws home up for sale. We were not sure what to do after my mother-in-law passed in April 2019. Paul gave us names of people he works with who helped us in many ways. Paul recommended our attorney, Annette Dawson-Davis, and we are grateful for his recommendation. Throughout the entire process of probate Paul kept in contact with us. He met the home appraiser in order to give her more details about the home; he went above and beyond trying to help us get the most benefit. He was able to sell my mother-in-laws home in Moorpark very quickly after we received the okay from the court and attorney. He took care of us when we were most vulnerable. He is a genuine, nonjudgmental person who is true to his word. We appreciate everything he has done for us. He is a blessing.

Paul is a great agent and a pleasure to work with because of his professionalism and calm demeanor. Close of escrow was a short 30 days, so the timeline was tight which was my desire considering I wanted to relocate closer to my job as quickly as possible. Paul stayed in touch with me the whole time, often calling me to update progress on close of escrow, inspection findings and some paperwork issues. The sell of the home couldn't have gone any better. I recently used Paul to sell a home for me. Paul is extremely reliable and one of the best real estate agents I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I've done many real estate transactions and this particular property was being used as a rental. I was managing the sale from norcal and being so far I was nervous at first. Paul worked so hard and hustled for every tiny thing we needed. When we had to schedule inspections or anything related to the sale he was there the whole time making recommendations and making himself available for appointments I couldn't attend to personally. All the while he kept me constantly updated via text, emails and calls. He's honestly a gem and an honest hard worker. His rate is extremely fair and I felt he earned every penny of his commission. Strongly recommend him!

Great experience! I’m ex-military and Paul helped me in using my VA loan. The guy knew a ton and the lender he works with did a stellar job. Paul battled for me in getting the house I wanted and just knew how to save me money at every opportunity. I’ll be using him again and my friends better too.
