We are very happy with this park. 55 plus only. Quiet at night. Lots of clubhouse activities, close to SXS trails. Just minutes from town of Bullhead City but out in the country. Closest highway is 95 but not right next to you so no real highway noise issues. Lots of trees here which is rare in this area. We booked this park with low expectations because we aren't really into resort type atmosphere at the higher end $$ spots in the area and we are more than happy with our decision, so much so we have booked our spot permanently for the next year and leaving our camper on our spot with their 6 months on 6 months off deal.

We reserved a three-night stay at Moon River RV, anticipating high temperatures of 110+ degrees. Our decision to book this site was based largely on the availability of their pool, which we knew would be essential given the heat. Upon arrival, we were disappointed by the pool’s appearance, which seemed to have algae growing on the bottom. It became clear that the pool was in need of significant repairs, particularly repainting. Despite the condition, we used the pool for about two hours on the first day.

The following morning, we were informed that the pool would be closed for the remainder of our stay. Given the extreme temperatures, we were understandably disappointed and decided to depart two days early. I requested a refund from management, but we were told there would be no refund. While I can understand their policy, we were disappointed by the lack of acknowledgment of our concerns. There was no apology or consideration of our circumstances, and the response felt dismissive.

Homestead Helpers

The employees are very kind and helpful. However they are located right next door to a huge commercial weed grow up, which runs 24-7. Big machines run at 2:30am and then again at 6am and 4pm. This causes you to not get much sleep. They only have two washing machines working, the rest are out of order. The smell in the laundry room is horrendous! They do advertise they have wifi, but it is beyond slow if you can even connect. I would never return here and do not recommend it to anyone! Price is not comparable to other higher end RV Parks for what you get.

It was 110° that week the rv park was a little smelly... the pool is rundown, staff was grumpy.....

If your setup is 40' or less this is a great little RV park! A nice little concrete patio awates your evening lawn chairs, sit back and enjoy the eucalyptus trees, hear the rustling of the leaves as the wind gently blows. Smell the refreshing scent of the eucalyptus.
Diane in the office is AMAZING she loves her park and the people in it. Friendly and smiles .
We were unable to stay because of our size, but she was very helpful in securing a park that could accommodate our large size.

My husband and me was the first time to use our motorhome and we really enjoyed very much this place.
Ms. Diane is a very nice person.
Very attentive.
The people around very nice.
I really enjoy to put a puzzle together is so many things you can do we didn't had enough time.
But we will be back.

this is a good place! the trees make it so! the lady that runs the place i liked! she reminds me of someone i knew that was very kind. it's a really well-run facility. the bathroom is gorgeous, elegant with slate tile on the floor and walls...gravel isn't my kind o thing, but the trees buffered the effect. bullhead city i wasn't impressed with, but this is a place i would visit again. close enough to the river that we were able to visit it!
