The rooms were good and the bed was comfortable. However the pillows on the bed were too small for the bed. They need bigger pillows for the bed. Also there was some construction going on around the building but it was not too disruptive. Overall it was a good experience and I'll be staying again when I come to Montgomery.

Booked through AAA. This was our second time here. First time great. Second time not so great. We were in town for a funeral. Will not stay here again. |Pros: Beds very comfortable. Rooms spacious. Night staff very friendly.|Cons: Construction in lobby, dining cramped. |-Room doors slam loudly, make sure you hold it as you enter or exit. |-Unfortunately, we were falsely accused of causing a disturbance to persons below us. Turns our the cops were called on the room next door. No apologies were given to us. |My sister encountered red ants near the cooling unit on more than one occasion.|Very disappointing end to a previously lovely experience.

Check in was smooth. Front desk personnel were extremely polite. They are currently remodeling but was not an inconvenience. Room was very clean. Loved the pillows and bed was comfortable too. We slept through breakfast so unable to share information.

From December 20 to 23, I experienced the worst hotel stay of my life. The manager and front desk staff were rude and did not apologize for any of the issues. On December 22, while taking a nap, I woke up feeling something itchy on my face, only to find a cockroach crawling on me. I got up and killed five cockroaches, then opened the fridge and found six more inside. To my horror, I discovered two baby cockroaches inside my tumbler, and the bathroom was also infested, with cockroaches even in the toilet.

I took photos and went to the front desk to file a complaint, but they refused to acknowledge the issue. The next day, I was told to leave the hotel. Although I considered reporting the situation to the police, I decided to let it go. I have never encountered such a disgusting hotel in my life.

My overnight stay was perfect. My check in was fast and easy. There were carts available in the lobby to carry my luggage to the room. The room was clean and newly renovated. The free breakfast was hot and fresh with a nice selection of food and beverages. Checkout was a breeze.My bill was exactly as previously quoted. The clerks at check in and check out were friendly and helpful when answering my questions or concerns. I would definitely stay there again.
