This hotel is literally my home away from home. Very comfortable, convenient, and welcoming. Rooms are always spotless and breakfast is good. The location is perfect and they even have a shuttle which is spot on. I love all the staff they aim to please I’d never stay anywhere else in Hot Springs. Best of the best every time and I travel here over 10 times a year.

This is such a nice friendly clean hotel. They greet you with such warmth like they are really glad you came. The rooms are spotless ( and for the last 5 years it is consistent). I know this sounds weird but they still have a bible in their rooms and I find that very comforting. The breakfast they serve is just like the quick go breakfast. We have stayed here because the rates are good, rooms clean & they make you feel wanted!!

My stay was very pleasant. It was clean and accomondatable. Their pillows were amazing .I didn't to stay the entire. I arrive late due to personal reasons . This is a great place to stay and they are affordable The bathroom were very clean.. Breakfast was nice. The front desk clerk was were nice and polite. She greeted me when I checked in.

Extremely clean. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Check in was fast and quick. Room was spotless. Breakfast was 100 times better than most hotel breakfasts. ? recommended this hotel when in Hot Springs. I will stay here every time I am in town for sure!

Great place to stay. Clean, organized, not the best view but if you are looking for a great place to lay your head it's the place to stay. Enjoyed the time. Not too far from downtown, local shopping for food and a few great restaurants, close to "The Purple Cow" diner. You'll love the purple milkshake!

What a terrible experience. We will never be back. If you enjoy sleeping at all, do not stay here.
There was banging all night long from the room upstairs. I called the front desk and reported it to Autumn. After 30 minutes of waiting for some resolution to the absolute absurd amount of noise, I called the front desk again. I was told by Autumn that she tried to call them but they didn't answer their phone, so there was nothing more she could do about it. I asked what next steps were in this situation... I asked if she could call the police, she informed me that I could call the police, but they don't call the police over noise complaints.
We never slept and this took a whole day out of our vacation. No resolution or care from this property.

Great hotel! Location was extremely close to downtown (you would probably want to drive though). Super clean - the floors in the room were wood/laminate(?) and I loved that! No more carpet. EXTREMELY friendly hotel staff. I had to ‘WFH’ at the desk in my rooms and it worked out great. WOULD recommend
