Except the staff nothing was upto the mark at the hotel.
Rooms doesn't even have proper curtains. It was all bright and shiny all the night due to light in balcony and no dark curtains available to put in the room.
Shower was barely working. Microwave oven was faulty, No House keeping service for less than three nights. Room even lacks a trash can. They don't even pick up the garbage from outside if we try to put it there. Parking is insufficient. Towels were dirty. Find something better for the price.

I first want to say that the customer service is great, Jack is the person that was helping us, he is so pleasant to speak to and funny as well. He made sure that my husband and I had a great experience there and made us feel welcomed. Our room was very clean, smelled good. The room was not outdated and the balcony gave us a great view. Highly recommend this hotel, its minutes away from Redondo beach Pier.

By far the BEST hotel in the South Bay!
Jack is one of the most caring person I have ever had the privilege of meeting; not only does he go out of his way to make you feel like the most important people at his establishments, he is the first person in the industry to go out of his way to accommodate whatever is needed! I absolutely love this hotel! Honestly, this hotel is on its way to becoming a South Bay hotspot as far as accommodations, the rates are beyond reasonable. The property is better than a 5 star hotel especially for the rates that they charge! I cannot wait to see the transition of what it used to be, into what it’s going to be in the near future!
Tony, is not only a local, but is one of the coolest people that is part of the team! Beyond helpful - he is personable, caring and goes out of his way to make sure you feel like you are the most important guest there! I am very impressed, and would recommend not only booking your next hotel stay here, the Indian cuisine is amazing and atmosphere is alive and thriving! (Restaurant conveniently located in front of location). I am excited to see what the future brings for the MC Inn and Suites! The pool is calling my name, and you cannot ask for a better location! Thank you to the Staff for making all of my stays here great!! You cannot put a price on the level of hospitality you receive at the MC Inn and Suites! Thank you Jack, Tony and stafff!! I appreciate you!!!!

Horrible experience! As we were checking in we met with Jack who advised us that our room had been "booked" keep in mind we paid for the Room with a balcony and were told our room had been booked.... Upon looking on the website he tried to make it seem like he was doing me a favor and claimed he "canceled someone elses room" in order to get me to smile... Which was a piss poor attempt to get a 5 star review. In addition we were told to pay a $100 refundable deposit that we wasnt posted anywhere. 3days later my refund wasnt sent and they tried to tell us it was due to us having a dog.... We didnt stay with a dog in the hotel. We came out to cali to pick up a puppy so the morning oc checkout they saw us with a puppy after getting him but did have one staying in the room and they tried to keep our deposit.... I called my bank and got my money back due to them tryna scam and keep our deposit....will not recommend nor come back....i already had a red flag checking in and should have just found somewhere else.

Look no further this is the best place most honest place. And you get all brand new amenities and they integrated.This place is clean. And affordable. The management is amazing. Rooms were large ans spacey. Kitchen came with mini stove top to cook with. Good beds and decent small sized fridge. Nice and clean.
