My husband & I bought a new mattress yesterday at Mattress Firm; choosing a wonderful Queen, top of the line, Tempur- Pedic. Both of us have been waking up with back or neck aches recently and Antonio, our incredibly knowledgeable salesperson, took us through every mattress type & brand, answering all of our questions as we went. Antonio got a good feeling of what both our needs were in a mattress and zeroed in on what seemed best for us. We tried a few and the next thing I knew, we were purchasing a mattress we cannot wait to have delivered in a few days. I highly recommend Mattress Firm if you are in the market for a new mattress. They have every price range and they have sales reps like Antonio, who have excellent explanations of the differences between all these mattresses, which can be hard to navigate for most of us. They are so good at what they do and you won’t be disappointed!!!

Customer Service was EXCELLENT!!! I had been looking online & the prices were more than I wanted to spend. I found something on Wayfair but wasn’t sold on purchasing something I hadn’t seen in person. I called Mattress Firm to see if they would “price match”. They BEAT the price. I went in after work, saw what I was buying & it was delivered the next morning. EXCELLENT experience all around. Slept a solid 7 3/4 hours on my new set up. Thank you Mattress Firm!

Wow! The sales associates Carl & Antonio were both AMAZING to work with! While enjoying thanksgiving with friends in Napa; I slept on a mattress from your store. It was a great experience so decided to buy one for myself. My hosts just ordered a new mattress for their San Francisco apartment and shared the name of their sales person. I called and was contacted to Kerk right away. He made the ordering process seamless. He deserves a raise!
