This is.absolutely the most comfortable, spacious, and well-appointed timeshare unit we have stayed in since I purchased my first Hawaiian membership in 1980. We even own Hilton so this says a lot.
Checkin was quick and easy, little things are upgraded, such as a massage chair, anti-fatigue mat, bedding bags.

We traded through Interval International for Mesquite to to get away from the snow for a week. Other reviews said there were too many rules but that was not the case. The villa was in a duplex but we weren't bothered by the other group. When we arrived, my wife did her typical checking out of the place and was astonished with how clean everything was. By looking at the style, I think these were buildt in the 1980's but the upkeep is impeccable, everything works, and they are fully stocked with dishes , etc. They are right on the driving range of the Oasis G.C. and you can take th furnished golf cart and get all the free balls you want to hit. It is in a peaceful neighborhood and you can go hiking right from you place. Overall I had no complaints and will stay there again.

Masters Villas Resort is located in one of the nicer and more convenient areas of Mesquite, Nevada. Right off of Freeway 15 that goes to many national and state parks in the area. Also, close to casinos for those who enjoy that type of recreation.|||| We visited over the Winter holiday break time period. The good points are that the two-bedroom unit is very spacious. There is a dining table for at least six. The primary bedroom is a good size with lots of cabinet space. (In fact, there is no lacking of cabinetry throughout the villa.). The unit we stayed in also was very well stocked in the kitchen for utensils, small appliances, and bakeware. What was missing was a toaster oven (there was a toaster, however). ||||A jacuzzi-style tub and a shower were in the larger bedroom. A regular tub/shower combo was in the second bedroom. The balcony overlooked the golf course. A washer and dryer were also included in the two-car garage with an automatic garage door opener. The unit we had was very quiet and towards the end of the street. This was a very nice surprise as we expected it noisier given the holiday season. ||||There also is a golf cart given to each villa to borrow during the stay with free golf ball refills. Nice1||||||The staff was very helpful and lovely. There is a lending library where you can take a book puzzle or DVD to view. They also had a welcome basket awaiting us when we checked in. "Bonus points" for that extra nice touch!||||Now for the not-so-nice features of this villa and the reason I gave it only three stars. First and foremost - the number of "rules" that are posted throughout the villa is downright annoying. The villa rules and "must-do lists" are literally on doors, cabinets, and bathroom counters, given to you when you check - in, near the TV set, and so - on. Truly obnoxious as the rules include bagging your own sheets after you leave them in laundry bags given to you. Running the dishwasher and how and where to take out the garbage. The strictness of this resort is not necessary. A simple list to "review" would suffice. And frankly, this is not a cheap rental. We traded through the Interval International system our Marriott and for the exchange fees etc we would expect that housekeeping could bag the bedding and run the dishwasher. We have stayed at many condos/ townhomes through the exchange process and never have we been asked to do or not do so many things. ||||Next, if you have any aversion to strong scents - do not stay in these villas. The whole place wreaked of one cleaning supply or detergent after another. We ended up in stores to buy non-scented detergent etc. to rewash all of our bedding- twice- because it was Christmas and the offices, etc. were closed. Yes, it took two times to wash each of the bedding parts to remove the very heavy detergent smell. ||||Lastly, this is my pet peeve. If you advertise a pool and/or spa and you don't have one operating on the premises - let alone the several that are in the area - then you should let the consumers know. This would be reason alone for us to have canceled or asked for a different week as we don't golf but we were looking forward to "pool time". ||||In closing, if the facility would lighten up on the rules, have the amenities they advertise working, and would continue the positive features - such as the gift basket and lending library - then this place would easily be a four-star rental. Especially if you enjoy golfing. ||||Would I come back - probably not as I think we exhausted all that there is to do in the town of Mesquite.

We were visiting Mesquite for a couple of days and were staying in another place and it was terrible. We called around and found this gem. We loved this place and plan on going back if we can make it work. We loved the staff and the location. The place was big and very clean. They shampoo the carpets before the next person they told us. The décor was a little outdates but well taken care of and very clean. I would trade that any day for nice and gross. The amenities were fantastic with the country club access for swimming and pickle ball, tennis, basketball and a weight room.

Had to clean the pool just to swim in it on Saturday. Called Sunday to see if someone would be cleaning the leaves and trash out of the pool after some heavy wind and was to by the very rude lady at maintenance that it would be cleaned on Monday to use a different pool. Then wanted to argue with me about how much it cost to have it cleaned.
But the room was nice and clean.

After speaking to you I called maintenance as you suggested!! So get off your high and mighty attitude. You were very nice, the other lady was NOT!!! AND AT NO TIME DID I EVER ASK TO HAVE IT DONE IMMEDIATELY!!! Don't ever try to put words in my mouth. You can call me at any time. I, just like you record all my calls just so things like this can be proven when need be. I again wish you a speedy recovery as earlier today.

We stayed here for one week and then golfed at other golf courses because the course at the condo was closed. The month of September offers fewer golf courses to play, but if you enjoy playing 9 holes you can still have a wonderful time. This condo is beautiful and very clean. The staff is helpful, and the views from the patio are noteworthy. We had a gift basket, sodas and water, and a stocked spice rack in the condo when we arrived. We only ate in restaurants a few times during the week so we took advantage of the grocery store and cooking gear in the condo. Jennifer checked us in and she was very helpful and offered lots of information on the area. This is one spot we hope to visit again.

We traded our Orlando timeshare for unit 996. It has it's own golf cart. The place is clean and spacious. The pool was nice as well. We used this place to travel to the national parks. I will definitely come back here.
