Amazing scenery on the entire resort. Check-in was a breeze. Any questions we had were answered. The front desk was so helpful and ensured everything went smoothly. Went to two of the closer swimming pool locations, and they were both clean and well maintained. You receive a list of local restaurants/businesses where you receive a slight discount for being a guest and the villas. The golf course on the property is beautiful and reasonably priced for how nice it is. I would recommend to anyonecoming to the area.

As a long term Bonvoy member, I am terribly upset about the wait for our rooms. We called for early check in and they said yes at 2 pm. We have been waiting in the lobby now for 2.5 hrs it's 4:30pm now and they are telling us another hr. No apologizes , no here lunch is on us while you wait. I'm am so pissed, I have 3 additional Marriott property reservation next 6 weeks and may change hotels on all 😡

We've stayed here several on occasions, mainly as a quick one-night getaway just for a change of scenery. We always enjoy it. We've spent nights in both the smaller rooms (more like a nice hotel room) and the one-bedroom villas. Both are always clean and comfortable. We have never had an issue with service. Once or twice the shower head was clogged up, I assume due to hard water calcium buildup. Annoying, but for a night we could live with it. We've never had anything but nice golf course views. The small negative to that is the patios are very small, and there isn't much privacy between you and your neighbor. We've never had an upstairs room so I can't speak to the balconies. It's a good value compared to other resort properties in the area.

Everything about this hotel spells, "Comfort"! The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean. Personable help with more close comforts of the larger Marriott just around the corner. We'll be back at MDS for our next vacation!

The property is nice with good pools and access to main roads so you can get around the area fairly quickly.

While I would go back was tarnished by careless housekeeping who threw a medical appliance away and claim they did not touch anything in the room in a check out and back into same room due to flights moving. While this should be resolved by a claim process if housekeeping says they didn't do it then no claim can proceed and I am out about the same amount as I paid for the rooms.

This property is a timeshare but was able to book a studio room for a business trip. Plenty of parking. Attended a conference at another property. Bed was very comfortable so I slept surprisingly well away from home.

I’m really disappointed with the service at this time.

They changed the room card key without any notification. (The system updated and they changed every card key) Even though they said they send text messages but we didn’t get any. We needed to stay outside more than 20 mins at 110F degree.

The checkout time is 10 am. So I was giving my baby a bath around 9:20am. They called at 9:30am for checkout notification but I couldn’t answer it. Then, right away the cleaning service came to my room and ring the bell several times ( I couldn’t leave the place because my baby was in the bathtub) and open the door at 9:30am!

What are they doing during 10:00am to 4:00pm? Why they need to come to my room early and open the door even though I didn’t check out yet.

We had a great stay at the resort, the rooms are very comfortable and spacious, they are very well equipped, they have several pools to choose from, it is a really nice place. The only suggestion would be to expand the menu of the bar and grill of the pool area.
