I'm honestly only giving it 1 star because the employees were friendly checking in. The first room we were placed in OBVIOUSLY had not been cleaned in any way. There were visible stains all over the covers, sheets, pillow cases etc. The bathroom actually had used towels and washcloths, the floor was disgusting and had somebody's hair everywhere. Confused, because we'd been told this was a CLEAN room we called the front desk and were told to move one room over. Every single surface of this room had some type of substance on it. Once again the bedding is DISGUSTING, so bad that we actually slept in our clothes on top of the covers. Nothing had been wiped down, vacuumed etc. The ceiling above the shower is crumbling and molding, and in case that's not enough the towels are super thin and obviously not washed correctly. They're stained, crusty and covered in hair. I've met the housekeeper, so they do have one employed, I'm not sure why the rooms are this disgusting but eek. To top it off,I try to check out early and the employee at the front desk tells me they don't know how to refund my money.... so I'll have to wait for the manager to show up..... guess who still hasn't shown up. I'll update my review when I receive my refund. DO NOT STAY HERE WITH CHILDREN.

I was in jonesboro for work and stayed at the mallard inn for a month. It was the best part of my time working in jobesboro. Harrisburg is a lovely community and the owners of the inn are the kindest people. The hotel is quiet and safe and clean. Very comfy bed, cable, nice showers. I will come back to this hotel if I'm ever working in the area again. Very affordable and my favorite hotel yet!!

I just left there yesterday and the room that my son and law and daughter and granddaughter stayed in was pretty nasty. We had to take clean wipes to wipe everything down. I had to take the wipes to clean the toilet shower and bathroom floor. The bathroom floor had hair all over it and died
flys. The floors had stuff all over it. And then in the shower there was a use wash cloth hanging there.i wish I could post a picture of it.

Half the stuff in our room was unplugged or didn't work, we didn't have a tv remote in our room, the staff was rude, and there were cracks in the door so if someone smoked outside it went right into the room. They also charged us extra for checking in at 7:30am.

Very good place to stay a week, month & more, due to I found there excellent service, bads are comfortable & clean, rooms are good decorated, situated opposite side of subway so I can easily find food and drinks. The biggest advantage is that they provide a room with reasonable price. I highly recommend mallard Inn to spend a night, week, month & more.

Horrible place!! 2 rooms have high traffic in and out of room all hours of day/night this place is known in town as the dope motel paid for a week didn't stay room not clean maid was rude. Unless you like being around tweakers then stay.
