Living here for over four years gives me a perspective that could be useful to new residents. Since I noticed some recent unfavorable reviews, I thought I'd provide a more up-to-date review. The management team has done an excellent job ensuring sure the residents are happy, therefore I don't understand why the complex has received so negative feedback. This is why I haven't moved out yet, even though it would be more convenient to do so as a result of my commute.

The management has been criticized for allegedly not doing enough to enforce rules, as stated in a number of the negative reviews. There is a limit to what the office can do on the legal side of a lease, and tenants will always find a way to break the restrictions. This leads to the office being wrongly criticized for issues over which it has no control. Management may find it challenging to implement all tenant rights regulations without risking frivolous litigation.

No one in management seems to have a problem with my family's mixed heritage, and I haven't experienced any discrimination.

The ambiance and amenities at Luxe are exceptional. Small repairs, like as replacing a light bulb or fixing an issue with my washing machine, or replacing outlet covers, have always been handled promptly and competently by the maintenance staff. Any issues I've had with maintenance have been resolved promptly and competently.

An additional reviewer had a problem with insects and roaches in these units, but I have never encountered any of these problems. Occasionally, outside insects will find their way into my garage, but I have enough common sense to know that they will eventually find their way in there anyhow. Within a week, management offered to have pest control come out, and the problem was solved. I'd also like to point out that, unlike other rental houses I've lived in, Luxe provides pest control services for the inside of your property. An additional service I've received from Luxe that goes above and beyond my expectations is having my air filters changed.

In summary, I believe that the Luxe Apartments are an excellent place to call home for those who are able to respect the city's ordinances. The property management team has done an excellent job of making the complex a pleasant place to live and sustaining its facilities.

Neither this review nor any subsequent reviews on other sites were requested or paid for. It really irritates me when former tenants who were asked to leave or were kicked out post false or misleading reviews on online review sites. Welcome to America!

If I could move back I would! Just it’s so expensive now. But if the prices start to drop most definitely would go back! The ladies are amazing!

Unpleasant staff specially the manager she’s rude and disrespectful. The place is very unfriendly, I was upset to read the pool rules that say “keep laughter to urself” which just tells you how of a miserable place this is to live at, not a place for a happy family or kids
