Hice una visita autoguiada y desde que entramos pude notar el descuido y deterioro de las instalaciones, aparte del pésimo servicio por parte de la administración ya que no podíamos acceder al apartamento (y nunca lo hicimos ya que no obtuvimos respuesta de la administración) es fácil perderse entre tantos departamentos , en definitiva no me gustaría regresar.

El equipo de mantenimiento es excelente, son muy atentos, amables y responden rapidamente a cualquier solicitued. En general las instalaciones son muy comodas y espaciosas. Hay mucha tranquilidad y me siento segura.

Don't move to this complex. The evacuation alarm goes off all the time l, sometimes two or three times a day. It disrupts work, sleep, it is the worst. Management doesn't care, they just send an email every time it happens, saying we are sorry and we are working on it and never fixes it. You are better off somewhere else, we regret so much moving in here.

The management is horrible. They make you pay for internet you probably won't use. Landscaping is horrible, pools never cleaned fire alarm goes off at all hours. And it's loud...

For this year's renewal, they forced me to change my internet service against my will by adding Gigstreem Internet to my contract. And they are not willing to accept responsibility for Gigstreem. I work from home, and for the past month, my internet has been down many times, and each time, I have to wait a few days for GiGstreem to send me a technician. These outages did not include the air fire outages. Once, when we had an outage over the weekend, they told me their technician wouldn't work during the weekend, and I had to wait until Monday. Even when I asked to talk to the manager, they said I had to wait till 8 am in the Philippines time for a manager to start work. When I moved to this apartment, I realized that because all the maintenance employees resigned at the same time, no repairs were done. We couldn't even use the oven for almost a month. They gave me some paint for the kitchen cabinets if I wanted to paint them. They just increase the rent every year, but your services get worse. Even when I asked the Residents Service Manager to set up an appointment regarding the issue, he refused to talk to me or see me and claimed he did not have a phone to call. I had to stay here due to my family situation; otherwise, I would have moved out like all my neighbors.

Ever since I was going to move here (Los Alisos) I read about the fire alarm going off sometimes, but couldn’t believe it would be a big issue.

Turns out this is my second year of lease and me and my family have been woken up in the middle of the night, early mornings, weekdays, weekends, and everything in between at least once or twice every month. Today’s the last straw. Alarm went off Wed Oct 9 at 10:06 PM (while we were sleeping) and went on for 40 minutes!!!!!!

This, aside from the poor upkeep of the common areas, dog poop everywhere, lack of on-site staff, and recently they forced every resident to use their “high speed” Gigstreem internet. These predatory practices meant to squeeze more money out of our pockets should be downright illegal.

Luxury sky high prices for mediocre living. We will be moving out as soon as our contract ends. I would give zero stars if I could. 👎👎👎

Nice location, same price as other nearby apartments but WHAT a disappointment! Did a self guided tour…the side where the apartment Im interested in was nothing like the pictures they show you. Maintenance is lacking on the outside. No one in their right mind would rent here for this price. Nothing is kept up. There’s dog poop and dead grass everywhere even the BBQ area was dirty and gross. No. I never made it inside a unit. We just left. Why? Because if they can’t maintain the common areas I’d hate to see how they maintain the inside. Hard pass. What a shame it’s a beautiful area.
