Rooms are in bad shape. Fine enough to sleep for an evening - only soap is provided in rooms. Toilet was already clogged when we arrived with nothing provided to fix the issue and no one at desk. Hot water doesn't run for several minutes. Location feels safe and owner was kind. I’ve gotten significantly better stays for the same price.

Super outdated. Beds are very uncomfortable and you only get one small crappy pillow. Noisy and dirty. Place should be knocked down and replaced with anything. A motel 6 is a 5 star motel compared to this hole in the wall! I'd say you get what you pay for but we definitely overpaid for this cramped and uncomfortable night. Definitely won't be back to this unkempt time capsule. I've stayed in some shady places but this has to be the absolute worst place I've seen and I work in Oroville! 0/5 stars!

This place is a DIVE! Outdated, uncomfortable and not the cleanest place I've ever seen. But... we were road weary and needed a place to sleep, immediately, there was no WAY possible we could drive even another block haha and the price was right. So we stayed. Would never come back OR recommend it to anyone.

Motel has the basics for a night's rest, but it is a little bit grotty. If you're passing through and it's late, by all means stop here for a kip, but don't expect to make a day/evening of it.
There were packets of soap and shampoo provided, and a fridge and TV and microwave in the room. Manageable for a night, but don't base yourself here.
There isn't really anything in Garberville and it's virtually deserted, apart from the tweaker with a full leaf headdress and spoof bazooka irritating people at the Gas station. I guess that's worth a watch.
Stayed in a non-smoking room and it smelled of stale tobacco. I think the owners have tried to paint the walls, but tip: you cannot just paint over a previous smoking room, it will seep through, you need to sugar soap the walls first.

The person at the counter was very polite. The room was in a bad condition. The bathroom faucet had holes. There was no countertop in the bathroom to put things on. There were no curtains on the windows. The room was old and unrenovated.

The place was terrible!!! The rooms were dirty with hairs on the bathtub and air conditioner, there was trash on the carpeted floor, the walls were dirty, the ceiling was patched with aluminum paper, the bed covers had cigarette burn holes, etc. Definitely not kid-friendly. It is true that it is cheap however, if you want to sleep comfortably go elsewhere!

Nasty. Nothing clean. Still toothpaste spit on the sink faucet from the previous people. Toilet seat broken. Toilet lid broken. Cigarette burns on the bathroom counter. Air conditioner doesn't work. Shower disgusting. Dirty on every horizontal surface in the room. Refrigerator held together with duct tape. Stay away....very far away.

Very over price at $112.00 it should have been more like $40.00. No shampoo or coffee or hair blow dryer. Water was leaking when hot water was turned on. Very very dingy. The top cover had never been washed and the carpet was nasty. The shower was so small I could barely move around. The windows would not properly lock. The bathroom window did not have a curtain. I would smell pot continually . If I had not been so exhausted, I would have turned around and demanded my money back and gone next door. I really felt taken advantage of. Go see room before you pay your money and ask ahead of time what the charge will be!
