Lindsay apartments was decent place to live at for a while. I had lived there for over 17 years and over all it was a nice place especially after the rehab it went through. However, in recent time things have changed a lot. I am no longer a resident here, but I still keep in contact with many of the current residents and former ones as well. It would appear there’s plenty of bad taking place here along with unnecessary attitude from management. Things in units such as carpet don’t get replaced even when during an inspection it is mentioned it’s a must due to time frame and appearance. Also, for those who have good to say about this place in recent time that’s great that you had a good experience; however, making a biased reviews just because you benefited from this place and/or their money doesn’t make the property or management good.

The manager at this apartment complex used to be much nicer and went above and beyond. She would take immediate action when I had an issue of any kind. However, she's become rude.

I went to turn in the rent, and unintentionally slammed the door behind me (I have a habit of slamming doors). The manager came out and asked me with hostility," Do we have a problem?"

I said no and said it was an accident. She decided to give me a lease violation, for a bad habit of mine.

I feel like the only person who's remained kind and friendly is the maintenance guy. He still helps people out as soon as possible.

Edit: Someone mentioned that this place needs remodeling. Here's proof that it does (stained carpet and walls that need paint);

I have visited my aunt many times and have always had positive interactions with management and maintenance. I think it's great that they have a get together once month and have coffee and donuts to discuss any concerns. I highly recommend Lindsay Apartments ? ?

the lindsay apartments is a great place to live i was able to get a scholarship from their scholarship foundation for college. the manager, assistant, and the maintenance are amazing people and will do anything in their power for you to live safely and happy ive lived here for a good amount of time and don’t have anything negative to say.

My grandmother moved in September she is very happy with her apartment. It’s a clean and safe environment, the young ladies in the leasing office made the move in process easy and stress free. All maintenance requested get taken care of immediately. All the neighbors seem very friendly. I’m happy my grandmother found a place to call home!
