Property Manager is easy to work with, Robert who takes care of maintenance is wonderful! The comment about the siding having green on them (happens on all north faces walls anywhere you go) must have been washed because there is none on any of the houses!! Great place to live for someone on a budget!!

WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED!!!
we are current tenants, at least until the weekend as we are moving out. I read a review from 2 years ago they talked about bug problems and nothing ever getting fixed still that way. They have the maintenance guy doing air-conditioning and that's supposed to be done by a licensed provider.

Worst place to live water is extremely high, Lincoln gardens never wanted to fix anything, they like to make up lies and constantly trying to find excuses to evict people, theres a roach problem they spray 1 houses and the roaches just keep traveling from house to house instead of the landlord spraying all the houses to stop the roach problem, it took 3 months to,find my broken window, took over a month to fix my ac unit amd everything in my house grew mold even the floor and kids games systems and mattresses. They have monthly inspections and the landlord and maintenance comes through looking through private things that is none of their business and even come into,your home while your at work without a 24hr notice. i wouldnt recommend these houses to anyone.

My family has been constantly sick since they moved into Lincoln gardens, I feel like they live in a sick house and those houses need to be tested for mold! I don't live there, my family does. I have visited and have noticed a smell about the place on the day they moved in and water is constantly in their back yard and side yards.

I had an issue and had initially written a poor review, however, Katherine, the property manager, reached out and we discussed the issue. I'm grateful for management who will reach out with complaints and help solve the problem. It turns out that it was a major issue is miscommunication and misunderstanding all around. Thank you for doing the right thing and helping to solve problems.
