Pequeño boutique hotel donde desaparecer y descansar. Muy buen servicio, muy atentos a todos los requerimientos. El concierge hace buenas recomendaciones, las habitaciones son cómodas, espaciosas, bien decoradas y con todas las necesidades cubiertas, incluso Smart TV. Nuestro cuarto con chimenea, muy romántico.El bar está bien surtido y los cocktails muy buenos. Muy recomendable

Really nice private spot close to downtown Palm springs. Amazing service, great food and drinks, and beautiful views. The one complaint we have is that our air conditioning/heating unit did not work. Thankfully the weather was decent and we didn't need it. The rooms are very cool, mid century modern design. Comfortable bed, fridge, mini bar, etc. outdoor shower too. Little patio facing the pool. We could walk out our patio door 10 steps to the bar. The bartender, she was great. Made some really fantastic drinks and was very nice and pleasant to speak to. All the spots we visited in downtown Palm springs we're about at 8 to 10 minutes Uber drive. The gondola up the mountain was maybe 20 minutes away. Joshua tree 1 hour away. Lots of stuff to do around there Good times. Don't forget to walk over to Elmer's restaurant for some fantastic breakfast lunch or dinner.

Found this place thru Amex Platinum FHR, and after what started as a beautiful stay, it unfortunately ended horribly. The property is beautiful and the rooms are nice, that's a fair assessment, though everything is pricey, as to be expected. I will note the pool staff was great. However, we asked numerous times if 2 friends, a couple in their 50s, could join us for a few drinks and snacks by the pool on our last day, and everyone said that would be no problem at all. They waited until our friends arrived in the lobby, to tell us that they could not come in, embarrassing them and us. The alleged policy of no guests allowed, which we were unaware of, is fine, but don't tell us multiple times it's okay, and then tell us last minute with them on site it's not allowed because we didn't receive "upper management approval". They are worried about privacy but we were model guests spending good money who asked politely to have two friends join for drinks for two hours while the hotel was mostly empty. Ruined our plans for the afternoon and our vibe, and all could have been avoided if hotel management did better and communicated properly upon our first request. I could go on, but bottom line is, this place went from a likely annual visit to never again. Depending what you're looking for, this could be a good spot for you, but we'll never be back. At least now you know not to stay here if you want to have anyone visit you; spend your money elsewhere.

READ before booking. This property had glowing reviews so I was a bit confused what was so amazing about this place when we stayed- considering how much we travel for work/pleasure I would never come back or recommend. Overall for the price of the rooms and the price of the restaurant/ spa it is not worth it and they do not go above and beyond like other 5 star hotels. The staff seemed inexperienced and overall had a weird vibe. The one restaurant/ menu they had on the entire property only had 1 vegetarian option for dinner. They were not accommodating whatsoever. We shared an entree (mushroom and rice), had some bread rolls and each 2 glasses of wine and it was over $300 lol. The rooms are cheap looking inside. The Le Labo was the only redeeming touch. There is nothing to do besides go in the pool or Jacuzzi, which was nice because it isn't crowded. But overall it was a bit boring. The view was nice.

We stayed at L'Horizon a few years ago and it was absolutely amazing. We needed a quick get away from Seattle and this was perfect. The weather in Palm Springs was great, pool perfect. The food was amazing. The room was fantastic, floor to ceiling windows made it feel that much more luxurious, yet still private (even the smallest detail like a custom name plate on the door). The bar made some amazing cocktails and non-alc cocktails. The whole place gives a 1950/60s hip place to hang out and get away.

Incredible property, great service, can’t wait to come back! Awesome pool on the L’Horizon side as well as the Herman Bungalow side. The property is a great size that feels away from everything, yet is easy to get to and very close to downtown Palm Springs. Everything is clean, extremely well maintained…. The finishes are high end and very comfortable. High expectations have been exceeded and I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet retreat that prioritizes relaxation.

This is a lovely, tranquil spot in Palm Springs. They’ve gone for a very relaxed vibe, so you can chill-out by the pool or in the quirky bungalows (which are lovely - the inside/outside showers are a nice touch). Food and drink are both excellent. (Pancakes deserve a special mention - they’re not like any pancake you’ve had before!). Staff were chatty and helpful when needed, and left us to our own devices when we wanted privacy - which is exactly what you expect at a place like L’Horizon.
