I’ll start out by saying the people that work the front office are great! I lived here for a few years now. My car has been broken into a few times along with a guest I had here as well. They have on site security at night that literally sits in one spot for god knows how long and is only here once or twice a week.
The front gates stay open allowing for homeless and low life’s to come in and out. Owner apparently doesn’t care. We also pay for water collectively and the sprinklers are broken and just run down the driveway and run for a long time. Maintenance individuals are also great, however it can take some time to get it done.
Whoever owns it just throws luxury on it and increases rent at an obsurd unjustifiable rate.

The apartment size is quite good but that’s where it ends.

I lived there 2017 to 2019. Lease started at 1400 per month and l decided to move because of increase to 1800 per month. Seriously?

Apartment was burglarized when on vacation and there was no sympathy from them at all. Paying for the stupid gate that's always broken irritated me. They were pretty good about repairs.

Expecting some of my deposit back and gave me a bill for replacement of 2 bathtubs, floor damage, chipping paint on cabinets, and more. Pure corruption. I contacted their corporate office and explained that tubs were brand new and didn't even need deglazing and, sent me a check for the floor only. The rest of my deposit was sold to a debt collector and is on my credit report. I still was able to move to Georgia and purchase a home with monthly mortgage less than 1,000 per month.

I am reporting to the CFTB along with emails from 2020 with corporate regarding their corruption. Property management has a high turnover of employees. Always new folks every other month because they don't wanna continue to be a part of the conniving crooked cowardly corruption that pays low wages and very stressful.

MANAGEMENT: Please don't comment with your generic statement you respond with. You people need to feel ashamed. I really liked the large roomy apartment near many family members and the convenience of the commissary at March AFB.

Our vehicles are not safe here. They are often vandalized overnight. I've seen cars with broken windows, broken door handles, and even a car with caution tape wrapped around it. The owner needs to get better security pronto..

I had to delete my positive review. If you want to get scammed out of money and pay over $300 for no good AC this is your place. Worst experience renting here, we moved in November 2023 and couldnt wait until lease ended we moved out as soon as it ended in November. We are still waiting on our deposit, and every time we call they come up with an excuse, even claiming the gas and electric company charged them our monthly bill because we never paid them, how ridiculous! We called maintenance on AC not giving cool air they told us to close all vents and only use one in whatever room we are in 😂 I can show how expensive our electric bill turned out to be $663 for the summer because of the AC issue. Now we have a home and ac/heater on all day our bill is less than 200. Im so glad we got out of there. PLEASE save your money💵 and go look at better apartments there are plenty nice new ones in the area.

I echo the other rave reviews about this complex. It was beautifully and scrupulously maintained. I live near the pool area which has one of the better views and a great deck. All the units are different, each with its own pros/cons, so it's nice (depending on availability).

Since the new management company took over they have done a phenomenal job of cleaning up the community. The last company that was here let this place go and the residents really suffered. I have seen so many changes and the quality of the property has gotten much better.

DO NOT RENT HERE !!

The apartments are old, and they have a very poor team for maintenance and for the office!!

1- AC is not working: they told us to stay in one room and close the other rooms AC , INSTED OF FIXING IT !!!!

2- Water pressure: The water pressure is so low to the point that you can't do anything! And when you call them, they say everyone have this issue deat with it !!

3- Doors are old and no good anymore, so be prepared to welcome all kinds of pugs in your home !

4- they will charge you fees and their website WON'T show it !

5- No gate , so don't be surprised if you find people not living there using the pool

JUST RUN AWAY !! This is not your next spot !

Can't wait to finish my lease and leave !

So I was looking for the perfect new beginning for my family and we found it, At Legends at Rancho Belago It’s so beautiful here and all the amenities! Office staff is extremely attentive and Just sweet altogether, we moved in and they even gave a bag of goodies just in case you forgot some stuff. I thought that was such a sweet gesture. Just got here but already a 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend.

This place went completely down hill, when I first lived in the staff was great and the apartments were beautiful but moving out was a completely different story, the lack of communication from them is absolutely terrible. I sent them 5 different notices that i would not be renewing my lease and would be moving out at the end of my lease term and got little to no communication back. On the day of love out I went up to ask the move out process because i was given no instructions and the girl had the worst attitude and told me I had to turn in my keys before the office closed at 6, would have been nice to know I only had a few hours to finish moving and cleaning even though my rent payed for the entire day. And 2 months later they are saying I owe a balance with them even though my $900 deposit should have been used to cover that, which I have not gotten my deposit or an itemized list on what my deposit has been used on even after calling 3 times because whoever they have up front now I’m completely incompetent. I would not recommend this apartment
