Si tú paseó en Anaheim es a Disney, es una muy buena opción, solo que sí te gusta el agua muy caliente en la ducha no es para ti por qué solo tiene tibia.

Bed bugs, huge flying cockroaches, filthy dirty, hairs on the pillow, manager was in a bad mood & was yelling at random guest the 3 days we were there. He tried to hit on my wife when I was gone. Housekeeping staff steals. Cameras everywhere to snoop on you, and someone told me there's hidden cameras in your room, apparently via TV & hidden in bathroom. Privacy is a concern: they enter your room when they see you leave to see what they can steal. Stay away, rooms are overpriced.

So we "booked" this two weeks before our trip to Disneyland. It seemed fair price and not far and the pictures looked alright so we arrive and instantly it looks sketchy. We check in and they tell us we werent billed yet so we had to set all that up when we got there. They then handed us a dirty old key..that's when we got really worried. Upon entering the room the smell and stale air caused us to cringe and we noticed the floors were wood and not carpet. The couch had stains the fridge was half solid dirty ice and there was a few spiders who had taken residency on the microwave. The bathrooms were caked in mold and the "complimentary" soaps were dispensers on the wall with liquid hand soap. The shower head was encrusted with soap scum and there was no toilet paper. After sitting and debating we finally asked for a refund ( why I gave them 4 stars on service. They gave us a full refund no questions asked.. they must be used to it ). Please DO NOT stay here...

photos are attached*|I have stayed in hotels around the world , including basic and budget - this was by far my worst experience ever so urge fellow travellers to read this before booking at this hotel, which will undoubtedly be closed down soon. We arrived to a receptionist who understood very little english, and spent the whole time I was talking to her burping and carrying two young children , it was almost impossible to book with her . after finally getting through to her, and paying $10 more than what we were quoted , we were provided with a room which reeked of smoke. Let me know I was not provided with a receipt . After sharing the smoke smell apologised and gave us another room- not fancy or clean by any means , by we had already paid for one night so decided to just take it . What a mistake we made. We decided to value our health and get our own cleaning materials, but nothing could prepare us for the state of the room when we went to go to bed. I will firstly mention that the floor was ridden with dirt, hair, rubbish and dried/rotten fruits and food that must have been there for months.the bathroom was full of spiders and the couch filled with cigar burns. |THE BED: had been slept in and not cleaned since . It was ridden in hair , shoe marks of the bed and other diet (see pics!!!!!) . There were also NO blankets- just a flat sheet and quilt COVER on top. |By this time (midnight) it was far too late to go to another hotel, so I remembered the 24 hour office sign and decided to speak with them. The receptionist came to the window very grumpily. When I explained the situation she said there was nothing she would do at this time, and that the bed had just been cleaned by the maid. I asked for the room to be cleaned or to be given another room, which she declined . I urged her to come and look at the room which she denied, she kept saying it was late and treated me like I was an inconvenience. At this point, I said it was too late for us to go to another hotel and that we would stay awake and asked for a refund- which she declined and said there's nothing I will do. She dissipated for a few minutes , came back and said there's nothing she will do. She said if I don't like it, to leave.!!! I asked to speak to her manager, who turned out to be her husband. The tone in which he spoke to me made me fear for my safety especially as it was dark. I again explained the situation and that the bed had been slept in, that the whole room was filthy , he told me to LEAVE!!!!! I said he had not even given me a receipt, at which point his wife said she had. I spotted the security camera and asked her to show me on the camera where she had. They went silent and be then said he would give me half the price we paid back, or to leave leave now. At this point I feared for my safety as his tone was quite aggressive. I will update this in the morning, but regardless of the result- for the room we received and more importantly the service, PLEASE PLEASE value your health, safety, do not stay in this hotel. A car would be cleaner and safer.
