The young ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Thel breakfast was good. Our room was clean and spacious. The beds were clean and comfortable. My favorite was the front porch with the 2 rocking chairs. We didn't test out the pool it was pretty chilly this past weekend. Mid-October. Great location. Close to everything. I'd definitely recommend this quaint hotel.

This quaint hotel was very affordable and in an excellent location. However, it lacked the amenities we are accustomed to from chain motels. We had called ahead to inform the staff we would be late checking in. There are no overnight staff, so we had to call the owner/manager when we arrived to get our key. The continental breakfast was severely lacking and didn't open until 8 am. We stayed on a Tuesday, but were told they had a busy weekend and were out of food. The water pressure in the sink was so poor it was easier to wash our hands in the shower. The final issue was the outlets were loose and not working so our phones would not stay plugged in. All in all, it was a cozy, clean stay that had several challenges.

My family and I had such a good time at this quaint motel. The pool was a beautiful, clean oasis from the heat of walking around downtown. Traveling on the trolley was great since they have their own stop. Yes, it is a continental breakfast. But there are plenty of places to eat, after you get some coffee in the office. The location, service, and value make this a great place to stay.

This place likes to take people money but is NOT open for business! Showed up to a ghost town. Do NOT BOOK HERE! Now, I’m struggling to be reimbursed! Book at Ozarka Lodge. You will not be disappointed!

Very clean! Love the vintage (original) bathroom. Rooms are updated nicely and spacious; however, bed was not necessarily comfortable. The staff was very nice. My family of 6 stayed 3 nights. “Breakfast” is a stretch. There was no milk on Monday. They stated they ran out from the busy weekend, but they still didn’t have milk on Tuesday. There was milk on Wednesday, but they had run out of spoons.

Pool wasn’t open, but staff was course to call prior to our arrival to inform us as to why and giving us the option to cancel if we wanted a hotel with a pool.

THIS PLACE I HORRIBLE!!!! Don’t ever stay here. Me and my daughter went here for our vacation. I am a single mom and I wanted to give my daughter an amazing trip. However upon my arrival I was shocked to see the place in major disrepair. The pool was covered in sludge, the trash was overflowing, very dirty, curtains were torn, and was VERY sketchy. I tried to get my money back to get a better hotel but they would not let me. The staff was very difficult. I am extremely disappointed and now short $100. If you want a safe, fun, clean vacation look elsewhere for your hotel.

The office staff were very nice, especially Renee. The location is excellent, to downtown Eureka Springs. The rooms were very clean. However the beds were horrible, and the lack of a place to sit down made it worse. Only one straight back kitchen chair was in the room. The toilet is very low to the ground. Seems like a child size toilet.

Clean room and bedding, but electrical outlets were a joke. Some worked, some didn't. The coffee pods were made for a different style of coffee maker so you couldn't make coffee (unless you went to the store to buy filters to use the supplied coffee and what would be the point? Might as well go to the coffee shop across the street... Which we did. Bean Me Up coffee, very good!) The water pressure in the bathroom sink was so restricted, it took awhile to rinse off the soap. The toilet overflowed but the motel staff did come fix that. The office was closed on Sunday but we could call if we needed something. And there was no continental breakfast as was advertised. When asked, the staff said breakfast was only served during the spring and summer, not the off season which is when we came. We told them they need to update their online information whether it's on their site or a third-party site because it was misleading. The location was ideal but honestly, we'll probably stay at a different motel next time.
